What you'll do: This position reports into the EESS Strategic Programs team and the primary function is to provide the Strategic Programs team with consistent and intimate support in managing their projects. The Project Controls Engineer (PCE) is responsible for project cost tracking, ongoing cost estimate validation, project schedule (development/maintenance), creation of purchase requisitions, material and equipment ordering & tracking, subcontractor/vendor requests for pricing, submittal generation/oversight, document control, and warranty support. The Project Controls Engineer is also responsible for the development/oversight of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)/Cost Milestones for the business unit's revenue recognition projects, as well as supporting ongoing intercompany negotiation activities, specifically including, but not limited to, interfacing within the various company resources for pricing on Eaton equipment and services.
