What you'll do as a Warehouse Palletizer: * Read load and stop numbers on each tote/case and place all the totes/cases for each stop number on one pallet. * Count totes/cases for each stop, verify correct load numbers, and record number of totes for each stop. * Transfer pallets to the loading dock at the correct door for loading. * Ensure that orders are kept in stop/batch sequence and placed onto the conveyor by load number. * Participate in cleanup activities such as facing and downstacking product, mopping, sweeping, and dusting. * Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. * Other duties may be assigned. The Production Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient production of our finished goods. Priorities of the role include personal and team safety, food safety, and product quality. Shift times and activities vary depending on department needs. In the Bakery, daily activities can range from putting dough in a box to quality paperwork to running machinery and doing sanitation. OVERVIEW OF ROLE The Utility is responsible for having a thorough working knowledge of all Plant Material Control and Columbus Distribution Center (CDC) job functions. Should have knowledge of applicable departmental equipment and systems. Some examples include: Forklift, Cambar, HK Systems, TTMS, AMAPS, MITS, and AES. WHAT YOU'LL DO Receiving Operations: Creates very accurate & legible documentation, performs data entry accurately, maintains all applicable systems with needed information, and safely and efficiently process inbound pallets through the proper unloading process, including ensuring inventory is accurate when receiving product in to the WMS system (i.e. verifies the SKU, quantity, and lot number at each touch point) Loading, Unloading, Case picking, Labelling, High-Stacking, and Palletizer Operations: Performs all tasks safely, assures accurate documentation and inventory accuracy at all touch points (i.e. verifies the SKU, quantity, and lot number at each touch point), follows all process procedures / guidelines, assures trailers are loaded to meet weight requirements, and performs all tasks in a safe and efficient manner to meet the needs of the business. This includes safely operating the palletizer equipment and shuttle wagon/switcher to meet business needs. Shipping/Receiving Office Functions: Release orders from CAMBAR in a timely manner, assure all documentation is accurate, address people in a professional manner, assure all databases are accurately maintained with timely entries, assure BOL's are signed/dated by Common Carrier Driver and the Clerk during the shift.
