Senior Maintenance Technician (as noted above plus) * More than 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with subject matter expertise in a specific craft. * Serves as a resource to other technicians in the department. * Leads cross functional teams on improvement projects throughout the facility. * Relied upon for their knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical systems. * More than 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. * Expertise in mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting with a proficiency in both. * Ability to lead cross functional teams on improvement projects throughout the facility. * Highly proficient in mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to perform the following physical demands with or without accommodation: * Position may require person to be on their feet to 8-10 hours standing or walking in a heavy manufacturing environment, constantly performing regularly scheduled maintenance duties. * Ability to lift objects weighing more than 50 pounds frequently. * Ability to safely operate forklift, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment. * Ability to see and hear in order to perform the functions of this position. * Ability to speak, write and understand English fluently.
