ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF A MAC PROJECT MANAGER Project Management Manage the successful completion of assigned projects in collaboration with the project team. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with satisfied clients. Financial Oversight Lead project finances, including change orders, billings, and subcontractor payments. Degree in Construction Management or related field, and at least three years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent role in the construction industry. Must have expert understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, contract management, planning and scheduling, budgets, building products, and relevant technology.
