About the Preparatory Division (CCM Prep) The Preparatory Division (CCM Prep) offers a wide variety of programs in music, dance and theatre arts for people of all ages and abilities - including classes for adults, young children, teens and pre-professional students preparing for a future in the performing arts. Job Overview CCM Prep is accepting applications for term adjunct (part-time) faculty to teach in our music, dance and theatre programs. The selected candidates for this position will provide instruction to non-matriculated students in CCM Prep. This could include private lessons or group classes. Visa sponsorship is not available for these positions. Essential Functions * Teach performance arts to students ranging from preschool to adult * Work with summer camps as needed * Attend meetings and participate in team planning, performances, and events * School day, after school, evening, and weekend hours possible Minimum Requirements Must be available to teach on campus or other location as assigned on weekends and evenings. Required Education Master's degree with no experience -OR- a Bachelor's degree with four (4) years experience -OR- no degree with eight (8) years experience. Additional Qualifications Considered * Good communication skills with CCM Prep staff, team members, students and families, including timely email correspondence. * Demonstrated success in teaching/training/coaching in educational or creative teaching capacity. Demonstrated expertise in multiple music and/or theatre arts and/or dance. * Proven experience working with diverse populations. * Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Team player with prior success in collaborative environments. Position Summary The Behavioral Health Social Work Intern provides outpatient mental health services under clinical supervision in a Medicaid and commercial insurance billing environment. This position is designed for graduate-level social work students completing required practicum or internship hours. The intern will gain experience delivering evidence-based biopsychosocial assessments, completing insurance-compliant documentation, and working within regulatory and payer guidelines while maintaining ethical social work practice. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and psychosocial evaluations Assist with diagnosis using DSM-5-TR criteria (as appropriate and under supervision) Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with medical necessity criteria Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards per NASW Code of Ethics Documentation & Billing Compliance Complete timely, accurate, and insurance-compliant documentation within the EHR, including: Initial assessments Treatment plans Discharge summaries Ensure documentation supports medical necessity for Medicaid and commercial payers Follow agency policies and payer requirements related to: CPT codes Session length Frequency of services Participate in chart reviews, utilization management, and audit preparation as requested Understand limitations of intern billing and work under appropriate supervisor credentials Supervision & Professional Development Attend required individual and/or group clinical supervision Actively integrate supervisory feedback into clinical practice Maintain accurate internship hour logs and school-required documentation Participate in trainings related to compliance, ethics, clinical skills, and payer requirements Care Coordination & Collaboration Collaborate with supervisors, treatment team members, and administrative staff Coordinate care with primary care providers, psychiatrists, schools, and community resources Provide appropriate referrals for higher levels of care or additional support services Communicate professionally with clients, families, and external stakeholders Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited Master of Social Work (MSW) program Eligible for and maintaining appropriate Ohio social work intern or assistant status, if applicable Ability to provide services under clinical supervision Strong written documentation skills with attention to detail Understanding of confidentiality, HIPAA, and professional boundaries Preferred Prior experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or social services setting Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation requirements Experience or interest in outpatient mental health treatment Exposure to EHR systems Training or interest in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based modalities Schedule & Work Environment Hours per week based on academic program requirements May include daytime and evening hours Outpatient clinical setting Telehealth services may be included if permitted by school, supervisor, and payers Benefits (if applicable) Clinical supervision provided at no cost Training in Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation standards Professional mentorship and potential future employment opportunities Licensure & Billing Disclaimer This position does not permit independent clinical practice.
