Hours will include day, evening, and weekends as necessary as determined in conjunction with the Campus President and Executive Director for Enrollment Management. Responsibilities: * Demonstrate dependability in all matters (i.e. attendance, communication, adherence to institutional and departmental policies and procedures, accurate completion of paperwork). * Enforce all policies and procedures of the institution and Admissions department. * Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all members of the public, applicants, students, staff, faculty, and administration. * Manage the processes associated with undergraduate general student admission and graduate program admissions as determined. * Hire and train admissions representatives to include training on policies and procedures, and promote departmental improvement by providing needed additional training for individual admissions representatives or the department as a whole. * Manage and ensure proper training of admissions staff members in the knowledge of educational program offerings to ensure proper achievement of admissions standards and processes. * Complete weekly and monthly admissions reports and provide additional analyses as requested. * Ensure adherence to the approved annual departmental budget. * Lead establishment and maintenance of plan for presenting information relating to South College and programs. * Other duties as deemed appropriate by supervisor Requirements Education * Earned bachelor's degree or higher Experience * Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience in higher education * Experience in providing direct leadership and supervision of multiple individuals * Effective interpersonal and group communication skills * Attention to detail and the ability to organize effectively * Previous professional experience relating to job duties

Requirements Education Minimum of a Masters in a Biological or Medical Sciences Discipline. If a PA or Physician, graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Medical School: non-clinicians do not have a licensing requirement. Doctorate in a Biological or Medical Sciences Discipline Preferred Experience Non-clinician applicants must demonstrate validity to provide graduate medical education instruction by providing an official transcript showing (Master or Doctorate) degree completion and verifiable evidence of past teaching experience. Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience as a PA or Physician, if a clinician. Teaching experience in a graduate medical education program is highly desired. Licensure Current and valid NCCPA Certification for Physician Assistants; Florida licensure, or eligibility Florida licensure, or eligibility for licensure, required for Physicians.
