IT Support Specialist Description
The IT Support Specialist is sharply focused on providing enterprise level technical support and customer service for South College remote and onsite users. Broadly, this position provides front-line technical support for nearly all of the systems for which IT Services is responsible. Responsibilities include installation and/or configuration of computing hardware (computers, network switches, printers, etc.), software, A/V devices, network cabling, diagnostics, troubleshooting and face-to-face white-glove end-user assistance.
Responsibilities
Document incoming Helpdesk requests using internal ticketing system
Install, repair and maintain desktop and laptop computers, peripherals and related systems
Provide end user support via remote assistance, in person and telephone.
Support and enforce company information policies and procedures.

General Responsibilities Include:
Instruct didactic year students, participating as Course Director as directed

The Director of Admissions position is a full-time, on campus position. Hours will include day, evening, and weekends as necessary as determined in conjunction with the Campus President and Executive Director for Enrollment Management.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate dependability in all matters (i.e. attendance, communication, adherence to institutional and departmental policies and procedures, accurate completion of paperwork).
Enforce all policies and procedures of the institution and Admissions department.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all members of the public, applicants, students, staff, faculty, and administration.
Manage the processes associated with undergraduate general student admission and graduate program admissions as determined.
Hire and train admissions representatives to include training on policies and procedures, and promote departmental improvement by providing needed additional training for individual admissions representatives or the department as a whole.
