Truck Driver: The Truck Driver is responsible for transporting materials and equipment to various job sites while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy-duty vehicles which is crucial for maintaining the workflow of our projects and requires a meticulous attention to detail, as well as adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Transport construction materials and equipment to job sites in a timely manner. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws during transportation. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities and locations. Communicate effectively with team members and project managers regarding delivery schedules. Load and unload materials while ensuring secure transport and minimal waste. Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance. Any additional tasks or projects assigned by their supervisor Requirements: Required Skills and Qualifications: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven at least 2 years' experience as a truck driver in the construction industry or similar field. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment as needed. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Physical fitness and strength to handle heavy loads during loading and unloading. Ability to navigate using maps, GPS, and other route planning tools.
