    Job DescriptionClinical Pharmacist - Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Las Vegas, NV Employment Type, Schedule, Pay Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Days | Rotating Weekends Hourly Pay Range: $64.16 - $83.41 (based on experience) Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology to support a high-acuity cancer care program in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role blends outpatient oncology clinic practice with inpatient BMT/oncology coverage and offers a high level of clinical autonomy. The Clinical Pharmacist will serve as a subject matter expert in hematology, oncology, cellular therapy, and transplant pharmacotherapy, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for hematology, oncology, and BMT patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Manage and optimize pharmacotherapy for autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation, CAR T-cell therapy, BiTE therapies, and other advanced oncology treatments. Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical interventions to ensure safe and effective medication use. Develop, implement, and maintain oncology and transplant-related order sets, protocols, and treatment guidelines. Support medication order verification, distribution, and clinical documentation. Educate and counsel patients and caregivers regarding complex oncology and transplant therapies. Participate in research support activities, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary committees. Serve as the clinical expert resource for BMT and oncology pharmacotherapy. Qualifications Required Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Active Nevada Pharmacist license. Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP). One of the following: PGY2 Residency in Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy, or Minimum of 5 years of clinical oncology pharmacy experience. Demonstrated experience in a BMT and/or oncology clinic with collaborative practice agreements. Preferred Experience with immune effector cellular therapies. Strong background in protocol development and evidence-based oncology practice. Ability to practice independently in a highly specialized clinical environment.
