Recognize and respond to EKG rhythm changes, escalating care appropriately. Manage patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions, post-operative monitoring needs, and complex comorbidities. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to deliver coordinated care. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
