    Job DescriptionAdvanced Clinical Pharmacist Live Oak, FL Full-Time | 7-On / 7-Off Nights Monthly Pay: $9,036 to $11,341/month , Based on 36 hrs/week Differentials: Nights +$7.50/hr | Weekends +$3/hr Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Position Overview A healthcare organization serving the Live Oak region is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to provide overnight clinical and operational pharmacy support within an acute-care setting. This role supports critical-care and inpatient populations, requiring strong clinical judgment, sterile compounding competency, and the ability to work independently during night rotations. Key Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy and clinical appropriateness Adjust dosing based on protocols, renal function, and patient-specific variables Prepare sterile IV admixtures in accordance with USP standards Provide drug information and clinical support to medical and nursing teams Manage controlled substance documentation, storage, and reconciliation Support medication distribution workflows and automation systems Participate in medication-use evaluations, monograph development, and clinical pathways Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and patient-centered care Qualifications Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy or PharmD) Active Florida Pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to function independently on overnight shifts Hospital pharmacy or clinical residency preferred Board certification a plus Compensation & Benefits Monthly pay based on consistent 7-on/7-off scheduling Night and weekend differentials added to base rate Medical, dental, and vision insurance Telemedicine and behavioral health support Retirement plan with employer matching Employee stock purchase program PTO, paid family leave, and disability benefits Tuition reimbursement & certification support Wellness resources, employee assistance programs, and recognition initiatives Ideal Candidate The ideal pharmacist brings strong clinical insight, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced overnight environment.
