Job Scope:
Using hand tools to secure screws into block-off plates and lids
Operating ball valves to turn water and air systems on/off, maintaining 10 PSI
Observing for pressure drops and leaks after water fill
Wiping down and inspecting sheet metal boxes for weld integrity
Handling parts weighing 30-45 lbs (up to ~70 lbs after assembly; heavier when filled with water)
Tilting and sliding units to remove air pockets and inspect weld seams
Electrical splicing wires, cramping wire, connectors, installing bulk heads, etc.
Assembling frames for underwater lights
Assembling large cabinets
Other tasks as assigned

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Pipe Welders for projects located in and around San Bernardino, CA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $55/hour based on experience & skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
Weld high-pressure carbon & stainless steel pipes
Perform TIG & stick welding on pipes in a variety of metals, including 304/304L, 316/316L, & carbon steel
Ensure all welding work is done in compliance with safety & quality standards
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
3+ Years of Welding Experience
Must have Welding Certifications
Must have Welding Rig Equipment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to climb ladders
Proper PPE
OSHA 10/30 Certification; TI does offer the course to
Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
Must pass Background Check
