    QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty effectively. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience : Minimum of three (3) years experience organizing, building committees, identifying and developing leadership. Knowledge : Ability to learn how to use the MOR planning process and use effective training methods for both members and workers. Must have good organizational skills and ability to work independently. Must be familiar with the history and mission of the UFW and be willing to make a long-term commitment. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual ability in Spanish and English. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Requires a valid Class “C” Driver's L Must be proficient with MS office applications (Word, Excel, E-mail and Internet). PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
