The Call Center Associate (CCA) is part of the administrative call center team and answers all in-coming agency phone calls from patients, insurance providers, referral agencies, medical providers and staff (internal and external), pharmacists (internal and external) and any other inquiry calls directed to the agency including questions directed and transferred to human resources, marketing, development, compliance, billing and finance. The CCA reports to the Call Center Manager and is responsible for providing excellent and accurate customer service in a friendly and professional manner. The CCA helps to maintain efficient workflows as assigned by CC Manager including checking voice mail messages, returning customer calls and confirming primary care provider (PCP) designations
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provides superior customer service to all patients and agency customers and vendors via a multi-queue digital telephone system.
Uses the agency ATHENA System and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to access patient data, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, re-schedule no-show appointments, perform and document patient COVID-19 screenings, requests for pharmacy refills, patient portal support, patient insurance verification via outside secured database, internal messaging to providers and/or other medical support team, processing online payments, confirm patient balances due, schedule transportation services, coordinate translation services, plus whatever else is required or needed to assist the customer/patient.
Verifies patient demographics including but not limited to patient address, phone, email, mailing address, DOB, insurance, patient occupation, income verification for sliding fee, plus authorization for texting and/or emailing patient, among other tasks required.
Maintains clean, presentable, safe, sanitized and clutter-free working area, including cleanliness of common shared areas in the office kitchen and the company refrigerator.
Maintains and always upholds patient confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned include working half-day on Saturday at minimum once a month, at maximum twice per month, within the 40-hour work week schedule.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent mandatory.
One year working in a customer service-related job or call center environment preferred.
Familiarity with common software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (i.e. Windows-based programs).
Some experience working with commercial phone equipment including knowledge of how to put a customer on hold, forwarding and transferring calls and voice mail retrievals.
Ability to quickly learn new computer systems (Athena & Digium).
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and customers, vendors and staff members alike.
Ability to calmly handle stressful in-coming calls politely, professionally and efficiently handling customer requests without raising the volume and/or tone of one's voice.

Financial Operations and Compliance (50%)
Own the organization-wide finance strategy across grants (private and government), donations, sponsorships, rental income, and Medicaid; maintain the cost allocation plan compliant with federal regulations and funder requirements.

The Overnight Program Director is the right hand to the Director of Summer and Family Programs, and plays a key part in ensuring that the overnight summer camp program at Camp Erdman runs smoothly. This person must be extremely organized, and comfortable working with people of all ages in order to maintain high standards in physical and emotional safety, effective communication, and management of staff's working expectations. The Overnight Program Director must be comfortable leading rules and activity assemblies for campers, staff, and parents, and will be a large part of the planning and training processes for the season. This person must be comfortable being certified at the ropes course, as a lifeguard, and/or driving the bus. Assists with screening patients for contraindications.
Prepares sterile fields and contrast agents; prepares floor stock medications; ensures sterility of surgical packs, trays and disposables to be used in assigned area. Maintains appropriate and adequate supplies during the procedures.
Assists radiologist during fluoroscopic procedures. Operates the general radiology, fluoroscopy and portable imaging systems; and understands all system features and performance capabilities.
Post processes/reviews images as required; prepares images for Radiologist interpretation, and transmits images to the Diagnostic Imaging PACS system.
Maintains working knowledge of all department equipment and devices. Reports equipment malfunctions appropriately; reports accidents and/or unusual incidents as well as unsafe conditions to appropriate administrative personnel.
Assumes responsibilities for the needs of patient during procedure. Provides service-oriented communication with patient; explaining procedure; answering questions. Emphasizes a personalized, individualized, compassionate patient care atmosphere at all times. Dismisses patients for transport and/or assists with patient transport at end of procedure.
Provides instructions on appropriate safety measures to patients, family members, and hospital staff as required; ensures appropriate safety precautions are followed. Applies appropriate measures (ALARA Principles) for minimizing radiation exposure to patients and self. Records fluoroscopy time used during procedures.
Functions as part of resuscitation team during Code Blue and/or Rapid Response Team situations.
Maintains all materials needed and linen supply on daily basis; maintains general order and cleanliness of room assigned.
Rotates and shares on call responsibilities for General Radiology service areas.

Pay rate for this role is $56,100 - $60,000 depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (eight-hour work days with unpaid one-hour lunch break) with variable/flexible hours depending on project needs and with prior supervisor approval. Overtime may be required.

Summary of position: Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Accountant I will assist in the Accounting Department to reconciling the daily deposit transmittals, help facilitate the completion of monthly closing and projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications and abilities
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business degree required. A combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Some clerical work experience required.
The ability to delegate and train the Accounting Clerk in specific duties
Qualifications
An understanding of accounting practice policies and procedures.
General Duties include but are not limited to
Mail checks for both other businesses and employees
Daily deposits of cash and paper checks
Keep a thorough record of business transactions including but not limited to Grants into the company's general ledger system
Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part
Prepare schedules and checklists to assist senior accounting staff to review closing activity
Other duties as assigned

The Medical Assistant will work under the direction of a provider and/or director. The MA assists the provider in scribing and providing clinical, education, and customer services, including chart prep, huddles, population based management, patient intakes, vital signs, and counseling in conformance with clinic protocols.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assists in the process of completing procedures related to procurement and processing of diagnostic laboratory specimen samples as ordered by the physician with accurate labeling and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) documentation.
Reports significant physical findings to provider and documents findings in EMR.
Answers clinic phone calls, takes messages and/or appropriately directs calls verbally or via EMR patient case.
Assist with productivity and working with the clinical staff and medical providers.
Continually to work with clinical team to identify ways to provide efficient and effective care.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Completion of Medical Assisting program, Associate's Degree in a similar field from an accredited institution, or 12 months of clinical medical assistant job experience
Familiarity with common software programs, (i.e. Windows-based programs) an ability to quickly learn new systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, community members, and staff members.
Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
Proficient in computer skills: typing, navigating through the internet, and emails.
OSHA training.
BCLS biannually.
