Prepare financial reports and conduct financial analysis
Assist in the budget process
Preparation of year-end audits and financial statements
Assist in the long-term planning process for clients
Perform analytical and detailed work with numerical data efficiently and accurately
Utilize and develop a functional understanding of firm software and internal work flow/procedures to manage binder documentation and maintain client information
Exercise discretion and judgment when working with confidential client matters
Ideal Associate candidate has:
Bachelors degree in Accounting
CPA, or currently pursuing CPA, or plans to pursue CPA certification
Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks (QBO) preferred
Experience in a nonprofit organization preferred
