We're currently looking for: The Customer Success Manager serves as the direct support function to some of RingCentral's most valued and high-profile customers. As a critical piece of our land and expand efforts you will be a point person for our larger customers and will interface and orchestrate internal efforts with acquisition, implementation, technical support, etc. You will be positioned as a subject matter expert and all-around resource for servicing client's needs.
To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:
Develop strong customer relationships and serve in the role of RingCentral trusted partner.
Proactively drive adoption across RingCentral's multiple product technology stack to ensure customers are maximizing ROI.
Ensure customer satisfaction: facilitate QBRs, execute on mutual success plans, address technical demands, engage appropriate resources to ensure issues are being handled and escalated in a timely matter.
Mitigate churn risk and protect portfolio MRR growth.
Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for RingCentral's most valued customers.
Project Management - quarterback internal and external initiatives.
Act as sales liaison, build internal relationships to help drive growth expansion inside of the account, manage partner relationship to better support premium RingCentral customers.
Partner cross-functionally with support, professional services, sales and marketing segments to create customer success that drives positive customer satisfaction and account growth.
Execute and build out an Adoption strategy through consistent weekly, bi-weekly or quarterly business reviews to have a proactive approach with the account base.

You'll take calls from customers who are considering downgrading or disconnecting, listening to their concerns and steering them toward solutions so that we can turn the corner on their experience with us.
You'll have transparent conversations to help customers understand the value of existing Cox products and services while uncovering the need to add additional products and services.
Along the way, you'll also reaffirm the needs of each customer's household and influence or solidify the why Cox products and services satisfy their needs.
You'll upsell, cross-sell, and work to retain every customer with whom you interact.

The NOC Technician I is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the stability of supported wireless infrastructure through strong customer engagement and incident management. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to track and follow up on tickets to ensure timely issue resolution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor all supported wireless infrastructure and provide level-one troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
Create, track, and manage trouble tickets for system alarms, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
Communicate with customers, field technicians, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and follow up on service requests.
Ensure that contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met by coordinating and following up with local personnel for prompt issue resolution.
Assist in data collection and trend analysis to identify recurring issues and proactively address potential system failures.
Assist in the process of auditing and updating equipment configurations in the monitoring system to reflect current DAS system configurations.
Maintain and update NOC site documentation to ensure accurate information is available for all supported systems.
Mentor regional technicians on proper ticketing procedures and driving best practices for incident resolution.
Process and track RMAs and spare equipment, assisting with asset management to maintain inventory accuracy.
Required Skills:
Previous experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or technical support role.
Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively track, prioritize, and follow up on trouble tickets until resolution.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to completing projects and documentation thoroughly and efficiently.\

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
