- Complete internal job file quality reviews
- Perform basic accounting functions such as A/R, A/P
- Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Plan, organize and coordinate administrative aspects of office functions including answering phones, emailing, copying, faxing, mailing, maintaining files, data entry and filing.
- In communication day to day with insurance adjusters and or clients to follow up on payments
- Ability to resolve clients' complaints with professionalism, on an as needed basis
- Ability to maintain all record keeping procedures with no errors
Position Requirements
- Experience in service industry environment a plus
- Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

- 40 hours/week
- M-F 7:30AM-4:00PM

Competitive pay based on experience
