We are looking for a Cardiac Analysis Technician to join our Clinical Services Team who is passionate about cardiac rhythms and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies. The right individuals will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be a part of a team of top ECG Analysis Technicians.

• Process, analyze, interpret, and edit ECG data for clinical accuracy and completeness.

• Evaluate and effectively communicate ECG abnormalities to lead technicians and/or physicians and physician staff based on established notification criteria.

• Maintain CCT or CRAT proficiency requirements. (CCT or CRAT certification must be obtained within 90-days of date of hire).

• Fulfill a quota of at least 60 reports per week.

• Submit daily logs of work completed.

• Assist Customer Experience Team with clinical questions from accounts/customers as needed.

• Continuously develop clinical knowledge, especially ECG rhythm interpretation skills.

• Communicate with internal and external customers

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will report to the Director of Clinical Services, in New Providence, New Jersey. Your primary duties will include, without limitation, analyzing ECG data and related algorithm findings from Carnation Ambulatory Monitors (CAM) worn by patient for clinical accuracy and completeness.

Building CAM reports including summary of findings and applicable strips.

Effectively communicating ECG abnormalities by notifying lead technicians and/or physicians and clinical staff as necessary.

Maintaining compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements, including CCT or CRAT certification. CCT certification or CRAT certification needs to be acquired within 90-days of hire date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.

• Associates Degree or two years college course work preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience as a Holter Scanner or telemetry/monitor technician.

• Excellent PC proficiency level.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and team player.

• Ability to use critical thinking skills.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, specific to Cardiology and Electrophysiology.

• Great work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our customers and patients.

• CRAT/CCT certification (preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Nemon/LX Analysis software experience preferred

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Analyze and identify component-related failures in a timely manner.

+ Analyze and identify process-related failures in a timely manner.

+ Submit analysis requests for potential component supplier issues.

+ Document and communicate analysis data

+ Proactively work to minimize WIP

+ Proactively work Quality issues

+ Works under minimal supervisionas neededand selects from a variety of established procedures to accomplish tasks.

+ Performsmediumlevel decision making regarding Quality and Manufacturing objectives.

+ Enter all analysis information into DART

+ Check/update prior step - This is part of DART

+ Confirm component failures by performing A-B swaps.

+ Enter scrap units into MUDA

+ Alert Process, Test and/or Quality personnel of any process or component issues found.

+ **Lead** **larger** **projects or resolution of** **chronic** **issues.**

+ **Train other Technicians**

+ Utilize production and/or analysis data to identify and drive improvements.

+ **Interface with customer**

+ **Lead larger projects or resolution of chronic issues.**

+ **Identify continuous improvement areas and specific activities.**

+ **Lead Technician responsibilities.**

+ **Assist in the maintenance and repair of analysis equipment including load boxes and harnesses** .

+ **Analyze component and complex circuit failures for rework disposition.**

+ Report any failure trends to supervisor.

+ Analyze component failure for specifications using analytical equipment.

+ **Work with customers on various tasks as needed.**

+ Strive for zero units in repair area.

+ Maintain repair areas to meet or exceed the 5S requirements.

+ Report any failure trends to Test Support and/or Quality departments.

+ Support Test Engineering and Process Quality as needed.

+ Maintain historical product and process data and report on prescribed frequency.

+ Strive for 100% accurate analysis performed in a timely manner.

+ Perform other duties as assigned

+ Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.

**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED**

+ BS degree in Electronics with 3 years related experience; _or_ AS degree in electronics with 5 years relevant experience in component-level electronics troubleshooting and/or inspection; _or_ HS degreeand AS degree in Electronics nearly completedand8 years relevant experience in component-level electronics troubleshooting and/or inspection.

+ Strong understanding of electronics

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics, part specifications, test documentation.

+ Excellent working knowledge of O-Scope, Multimeter, and other test equipment.

+ Working knowledge of computer systems used on various test systems.

+ Willingness to participate on a team and drive continuous improvement activities.

+ Experience in electronics manufacturing in repair/analysis function is desired.
