Job Overview:
This position is paramount in mentoring and communicating the culture of the safety and health within the business unit. The Site Safety Manager plans, implements and supervises all aspects of the project safety and accident prevention programs in compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local program standards. * Will oversee and collaborate with site supervisory personnel to identify and remedy unsafe working conditions, immediately if necessary, establishing an injury free work site.
* Conduct regular walk-through inspections and audits of construction area; visit with the craft labor and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.
* Investigate all accidents and near misses with the Trade Superintendents, Foremen, and crew.
* Accompany all safety, health, and insurance inspectors on walk through tours; and ensure all documentation is completed according to corporate and outside safety processes and procedures.
* Ensure that communication with other personnel and owners demonstrates that integrity, honesty, and ethics are prevalent in all exchanges both verbal and written.
* Participate in daily (at a minimum) project safety related discussions with the Construction Manager and Trade Superintendents.
* Collaborate with HSE Director in reviewing all safety documentation to ensure all required records and reports are complete, accurate, and submitted timely. Ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
* Ensure and assist the site team with executing the Job Site Safety Program, which includes training and orientations.
* Assisting in changing behaviors towards safety. Teaching (vs. telling) in a manner that allows individuals to understand the reasoning behind the behaviors desired.
* Develops an understanding of the budgeted risk cost associated with the project. Communicates and understands the risk of cost implications with on-site supervision as well as costs associated with developing solutions.
* Follow through with injury management and collaborate with supervisors to mitigate claims and exposure to costs with personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.
* Develop and maintain working relationships with local EMT's, fire departments, law enforcement officials, and identified occupational physicians. Comply with company's Return-to-Work policy.

* Manage, coach, and train Safety Technicians.

We are seeking a Project Scheduler to work in our office in the Denver area. Our office is located 15 minutes from the Denver airport.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist project managers and project controls specialists in development of all required monthly and quarterly scheduling reports for their assigned projects. These reports include but aren't limited to: weekly schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis, schedule impact analysis, earned value analysis, S-curves creation and analysis, resource reporting and writing schedule narrative when requested.
Complete all deliverables and meet deadlines within assigned projects.
Create new proposal and project schedules in the system.

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work at a project site. This role will collaborate closely with various departments to support all material management activities and site inventory management. Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will work with site buyers, site construction, vendors, owner representatives and the Denver Purchasing Group to understand the material concerns of multiple work disciplines and help ensure that all pertinent materials are available onsite to support the construction schedule.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Primoris' Procurement and Material Management processes. Serve as primary liaison between the site team and the Procurement team regarding material matters.
Oversee all global and domestic transportation for materials to project site. Communicate with shippers to ensure proper delivery times that align with construction delivery schedules.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and construction team on delivery schedules and all material related issues.
Become proficient in the use of various elements of the Procurement module including Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Purchase Contracts, Owner Supplied, Receiving, and Reports.
Assist in the generation, processing and collection of applicable documentation for WHO (owner, construction, logistics etc.) Material Receiving Reports, delivery look ahead, material inventory lists, and Warranty Claims.
Provide guidance to Field Engineers and Project Administrative Assistants for processing and filing of shipping documentation.
Prepare and distribute daily receiving and inventory reports to project team. Update material tracker daily and provide to team.
Work with Safety, Compliance and Quality in supporting construction on building of project site.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients, subcontractors, vendors and site team to strengthen company position. Assist the site management team in displaying and promoting the company values and culture while representing the company in professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Site Material Specialist are expected to re-locate to the project site for the duration of each construction project they are assigned to (project duration averages 6-9 months).
Associate's degree in Material Management, Logistics or related field preferred or a minimum of 3 years related field experience.
Must have a strong knowledge of inventory management, material tracking and auditing.
Prior inventory management experience on industrial or commercial construction projects a plus.
Prior knowledge of applicable inventory software preferred.
Knowledge of Procurement and Material Management processes.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle driving record (MVR).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Visio strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communications skills along with the ability to give presentations to groups of people (10+).
Ability to work at project site for the duration of the project in addition to working 50-60 hours per week.
OSHA 30 certification a plus.

The Senior Project Design Lead will be responsible for mentoring and supporting project design leads through the design process from [Preliminary/30%] through IFC drawings for one or more utility-scale solar PV facilities. This person oversees maintaining professional relationships with the Engineers of Record and supports the subcontracting efforts for those engineers. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Their primary function will be leading proposal level design efforts on a project level. The Field Engineer will administer daily operations of project site under supervision of Trade Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager and Site Manager. Ensures and maintains cost, safety, schedule, and quality of project. Provides input and technical expertise for power generating construction projects. Support of Engineering review, procurement (if necessary), construction, and start-up of a high or medium voltage electrical system. Responsible for installation guidance, QA/QC enforcement, scheduling support and owner correspondence. Review and final submittal to Owner of Engineer As-builts, and project system packages (Job Books). Assist Trade Superintendents with supervision of craft personnel and subcontractors to ensure a safe, productive quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the construction field operations.

Complete daily production and costs monitoring for major work items by ensuring production, cost data and safety are collected from prior day. The Field Engineer/Coordinator is responsible for accurately preparing, reviewing, and analyzing daily cost reports to be shared with supervisors for purposes of comparison analysis and planning. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers. Responsible for the project equipment and material transactions and the monitoring of inventory of equipment, and materials.
Ensures a safe work environment by complying with company's safety policies as well as complying with federal and state safety regulations. Asist in ensuring all subcontractor equipment, materials, and small tools are in safe operating condition. Assure there are written procedures and document a new formal plan if changes are needed. Assist in administering on-site Risk Management programs and serves as on-site Safety Representative when necessary.
The FE/FCC shall familiarize themselves with the project design documents, specifications, Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Must operate in compliance with the project Quality Plan, Work Methods, and Primoris processes and practices. The FE/FC will assist administering and managing of the project Quality. The FE/FC shall be accountable for the assembly of documentation for job books. The FE/FCC will assist with the coordination/preparation of alignment meetings with various subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders. The FE/FCC will assist with Quality inspections, benchmarking and assessments as deemed necessary. The FE/FCC shall cover additional responsibilities delegated by the Site Manager, PE/PC and Trade Superintendent to assure project compliance with defined Quality requirements.
Participates in assigned meetings, which includes the taking of notes for developmental purposes and, if necessary, for meeting documentation; and generates monthly manager meeting documents (i.e. project indicators, project Visio, etc.) and daily Plan of the Day documents.
Coordinate with Site Manager and Project Engineer to apply for and complete local permits as specified by the contract. Identify and work with local utility companies for all scopes of work. Perform the applicable One-Call and acquire appropriate ticket numbers and maintain the One-Call log. Work with land owners, monitor borrow/waste agreement and any other lease agreements (i.e. water, land) necessary for the project.
Responsible for checking/verifying accuracy of all Foreman and Subcontractor daily reports including work codes, labor hours, equipment hours and production reporting.
Analyze and interpret field information by frequent interactions with the field in all scopes of work being performed.
Conduct project kick-off and close out activities according to Primoris procedures (kick-off and close out meetings for Estimating, final inventory, disconnect utilities, etc.).
Understand and assists with all contractual and subcontract closeout activities (job book, as-builts, etc.).
Initiate RFIs for questions or issues that arise during construction activities. Follow the written RFI process, populate the correct fields, and attach required documentation. Notify the Project Engineer of all RFIs for review and processing.
Review and research products or materials to be used, gather information and documentation required for submittal to the client for approval. Initiate submittals using the written submittal process and populate the correct fields. Notify the Project Engineer of submittals for review and processing.
Assist Project Engineer, as directed, in preparing submittals for Client approval.
Assist in document control as needed for field drawings by working with the Site Manager, Project Engineer, and Trade Superintendent to perform audits on field drawings to confirm the latest revisions are being used. Identify, remove and replace any drawings that are not latest revisions for construction.
Assist trade superintendents in work plan preparation by doing takeoffs, preparing Material Request Forms. Coordinate with the Trade Superintendents to do the assigned pre-construction checks.
Monitor purchased consumables found on site or stored in the warehouse, to assure they are approved per the submittal process.
Assist Trade Superintendent with establishing and maintaining crew and equipment matrixes, comparing information back to established Work Plans and updating Operations Analysis as needed
Basic Qualifications:

Train and develop field representatives (SM, TS, foremen, and necessary subcontractor representatives) in the area of environmental stewardship for the site/state specific project.
Must spend necessary time to familiarize themselves with the site-specific project conditions and requirements. A pre-job review of the site, plans, specifications, and county and state regulations is required to ensure environmental compliance.
Understanding of specific county, state and federal regulations per state or project (i.e. regulation matrix).
Collaborates with the Site Manager to ensure all construction activities are being performed in accordance with all applicable mitigation requirements, permit conditions, and environmental specifications to fulfill all regulations.
Tracks progress and coordinates with Primoris representatives as well as subcontractors to maximize environmental installation productions and to assist with minimizing costs. Monitor project cash position and drive timely accounts receivables and accounts payable.
Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation
Perform, train and mentor all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end deliverables.
Facilitate monthly Work in Progress Reviews with Project Managers and company leaders.
Review monthly project cost to complete forecasts and ensure forecast is aligned with project performance trends and accurately depicts project cost at completion.
Monitor P&L status of all projects.
Monitor and audit project job cost and profitability status.
Internal audit of project accounting practices, including billing, AR follow-up, lien waivers, PO reconciliations, change orders, subcontract management, and contract requirements.
Ensure project accounting teams achieve common goals, collaborate, develop and implement consistent practices across all business units.
Work in collaboration with Business Unit Directors, and Operations teams to achieve common goals.
Facilitate project closeout process and ensure subcontractor and vendor purchase order closeout.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Management, Project Controls, Project Management.
5-10 years of Project Control experience in Solar, Renewable Energy or Power Generation Construction.
Ability to travel to project sites monthly.
Experience with Ecosys and/or Viewpoint software.
Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Primavera and/or MS Project, Ecosys, Viewpoint, and Document Control programs.
Effective communication (both oral and written), organization, and interpersonal skills.
Understands job costing.
Ability to understand prints and contract.
Knows and understands the required federal and state codes.
Office mobility, Ability to travel up to 100%, and work in challenging weather conditions.
Self-disciplined, motivated, able to work with limited direct supervision, self-sufficient problem solver.
Able to quickly adjust to changing priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Dedication to continual process improvement.
Able to perform duties in a fast-moving environment.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
