Seeking analog/mixed-signal designer to define, design, evaluate, and debug Analog and Mixed Signal Current Sensor products intended for Automotive and Industrial systems. In this role you will determine best design and simulation practices, including the use of behavioral models to develop advanced magnetic sensors. Strong analog design skills, a strong foundation in Semiconductor device physics and creative problem-solving skills are essential for this position. Experience with A/D, D/A, and magnetic sensor design is a plus. Candidate should have strong technical and communication skills.

In this position you will lead the design, simulation, evaluation, and documentation of state-of-the-art sensor products.
You will:
Lead design development of Current Sensor products from concept datasheet to production.Work with Systems Engineering to define key blocks and systems.Use various software environments for the behavioral modeling and verification of complex mixed-signal integrated circuit systems.Provide guidance and supervise layout.Collaborate with Product and Systems Engineers during silicon evaluation and test development Design integrated circuit blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, precision front ends, oscillators, regulators, A/D and D/A converters. Verify with worst case simulations.Develop top level simulation plan to verify datasheet limits.Verify operation of new products in laboratory testing, including developing required test hardware and software. Evaluate and debug circuits at the IC level.Mentoring junior level design engineers.

Basic Qualifications
BSEE, MSEE (preferred) with 15+ years of experience in analog/mixed signal IC design Proficient using Cadence design tools Experience in precision Analog CMOS and BiCMOS design Mixed Signal design experience Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts Able to solve challenging problems during design and debug

Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Antenna Servo System Design Engineer with responsibilities having significant impact, recognition, and growth in the organization.

The engineer will have responsibility for the design, development, integration, and test of cutting-edge antenna pedestal assemblies used in satellite communication terminals utilized in a variety of airborne, shipboard, ground transportable and ground fixed applications.

The engineer will reside within the Hardware Engineering Center (HWEC) Communications & Airspace Management Systems (CAMS) Directorate.

The engineer is responsible for full-scope Autonomous Design, Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for antenna products, including architecture trades, design, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of antenna systems and associated integrated system verification solutions.

The engineer will implement best practice standards regarding the planning, coordination, and implementation of antenna design and servo systems modeling with sound engineering process discipline and guidance.

The effective candidate will have a thorough foundation and experience in dynamic real-time servo system design with specific knowledge in antenna pedestal or robotic control.
Required Skills
