    Requirements What You'll Need High school diploma or GED along with a valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of related leasing experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence and motivate clients and colleagues. Knowledge and experience with Compliance to Fair Housing and ADA regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, must be willing to work on Saturdays. Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs. What'll Set You Apart Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred. Prior customer service experience is also a plus. Physical Activities and Work Environment Requires frequently being on your feet; may regularly climbing stairs to access upper floor apartments.
