How You Will Contribute:

Reporting to Senior Manager, Cloud Operations Engineering , as an Analyst, IT Applications, Application System Administrator, you will
monitor the operation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related applications to ensure they are running smoothly and jobs are completing properly. You will undertake code move-ups, onboard and off boarding using Ciena policies, and will respond to related audit inquiries.

You will work with the user community regarding scheduling of concurrent requests, end of month processing, OU creation, review responsibilities and menus, and report security to ensure that jobs and functions are run only as required.
You will perform basic system administration duties for the Oracle Applications product, including adding, modifying and end-dating users (and their responsibilities).You will monitor Ciena's ticket system, responding to appropriate tickets and contacting users who are having Oracle Apps related problems.You will monitor Oracle Applications Concurrent Manager status, scheduling concurrent jobs, modifying the concurrent queues as needed as well as Oracle Apps related print queues.You will assist in the definition of new Operation Units (OUs) per runbook, maintain Separation of Duties (SOD) application, and update key users and responsibility groups, as needed.You will provide auditing with data upon request and support month-end and year-end activities.

Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an IBMi System Application Administrator for our Exeter, PA location. The IBMi System Application Administrator is accountable for daily system monitoring as well as OS/400 maintenance, software, and hardware support.

Responsibilities Include:

* Working with 3rd party application installations and integrations.
* Maintaining software configurations, logging, and general maintenance tasks.
* Monitoring applications logs and resolving issues.
* Planning and performing 3rd party software upgrades including legacy integrations.
* Working with programmers to resolve software issues.
* Create/modify/maintain system utilities to monitor items such as: backups, disk usage, system errors, problems, and resolutions.

Basic Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience on the IBMi Hardware and O/S 7.2 and greater.
* Experience with PC Computer Hardware, Networking, and Microsoft Operation Systems.
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and IBM Client Access.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate efforts across multiple departments are a necessity.
* Ability to read/write CL and RPG programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Five years of experience preferred with the IBMi/i-series/AS-400.
* Programming experience and skills preferred.
* Hands-on experience with MIMIX or other fail-over programs

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

* Requires sitting for extended periods of time in an office environment.
