Duties Help * Performs the work of Journey Level, Power System Electrician without more than normal supervision. * Maintains, installs, repairs, and troubleshoots powerplant and mobile equipment. * Utilizes electrical equipment and applies knowledge of electrical circuitry. * Uses and maintains various machines, equipment, power, and hand tools associated with the Electrical trade. * Implements safe clearance procedures and safety standards. * Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and manufacturer's instructions. * Operates high-voltage switches and related devices. * Works with medium and high voltage power, generation, and distribution.
