Under general supervision, maintains a high level of analytical and technical expertise while implementing IT solutions in support of the business strategies, strategic vision and goals of the System. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of application and integration architect and inter-dependencies to ensure Core integrity. Proactively acquires and maintains an in-depth knowledge of Application, Technical and Integration capabilities and functionality of IT Systems. Assumes leadership for establishing and maintaining an integrated approach between IT Applications, Technical, Vendor and Customer Teams Collaborates with leadership to provide oversight for strategic Application planning and implementation while incorporating technical impact and input.
Duties and Responsibilities



Acts as a mentor to all levels of Application Analysts and provides input to their evaluations. Collaborates with customer/analysts/IT teams and project teams to facilitate the design and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Creates and maintains applications in support of enterprise strategies and objectives. Contributes to healthcare enterprise and subject area implementations and may serve as project leader in some cases. Communicates and escalates priorities, issues, solutions, and progress of implementation to team members, Project Managers, vendor and leadership. Proactively acquires and maintains an in-depth knowledge of Application, Technical and Integration capabilities and functionality of IT Systems.

Responsible for business analysis, application design, development, integration and delivery and application maintenance and support. Individuals in this position must be a self-directed professional, who will also bring leadership skills and quickly learn new technologies and programming languages.
What you will do:


Architect, design and deliver high-quality code by promoting and designing INDG best practices. Solve difficult problems in a creative manner in a timely fashion. Act as the go-to expert in at least one technical area and has a very good working knowledge of the broader architecture of the entire system. Strongly influence the decision on resolving/diagnosing/monitoring the overall system & platform. Identify key problems affecting their team and adopt innovative technical solutions to solve them. Design and lead feature design and implementation of features for the entire team. Delivering/Presenting solutions for large initiatives across multiple teams. Reducing the complexity of projects, services, and processes in order to get more done with more efficiency. Participates in cross-business technical reviews, provides feedback on projects outside of their core area. Design, develop scalable, high availability, high performance products with a deep understanding of front end and back-end architectures. Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.



You need to have:



Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5 years of software development experience in the development of commercial applications using modern software engineering principles and practices. Experience completing tasks quickly and efficiently at a production level. Experience running and leading a large part of the project deliverable alone. Experience reducing the complexity of projects, services, and processes in order to get more done with less work. A track record of a strong influencer and thought leader in distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices. Experience with cloud technologies i.e. AWS, Serverless, Event Driven Architecture, SOC, MicroServices, Microfrontend, CI/CD, Infrastructure as code, and other modern technologies. Strong knowledge and experience of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture/design patterns, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
