Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals Will be a producing Store Assistant Sales Manager Assist in hiring selections, and onboarding new Sales Associates Continuous training of Sales Associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals Participate in monthly P&L review, and understanding of POS systems, cash receipts, and reporting Create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere and lead by example Support Store Manager with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks Responsible for resolving customer service issues
