The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in sciences (PhD preferred) with a minimum of 8 – 12 years industry experience in technical regulatory, manufacturing, or quality related field in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry. Experience in technical regulatory / compliance is highly desired. Experience with synthetic molecules and biologics products is desired, but not mandatory. We will cross-train.

The position requires a candidate with strong written, interpersonal and communication skills, including giving effective presentations. In addition the candidate must have demonstrated the ability to coordinate and work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results.

The Candidate should have a strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines . Regulatory scientific writing and editing skills are a plus.

For Colorado-based applicants, the expected salary range for this position is $123,000-$137,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits listed below.

JOB SUMMARY:

To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by managing an effective team to provide quality services as the Associate Program Director in the Residential Treatment Facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree in Behavioral Health Discipline or Masters Degree in non Behavioral Health Discipline with 15-24 master level credit hours in a Behavioral Health Discipline .
  • 3 years work experience working with Behavioral Health and Intellectually disabled population and a waiver from CBH .
  • LSW, LCSW preferred.
  • At least three years experience in the provision of behavioral health treatment for children, youth and adults.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  1. Provide overall supervision of program at assigned Residential Treatment site (P-RTF and/or RTFA)
  2. Maintain and enforce compliance with DPW’s 55 PA Code Chapter 3800 (Child Residential and Day Treatment Facilities Regulations) OMHSAS’s Memo date November 1995 titles: Requirements for Licensure of Residential Treatment Facilities for Adults. Maintain and enforce OMHSAS’s Memo dated November 1995 titles: DPW’s 55PA code chapter 23 related to Residential treatment facilities; DPW Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility dated 4/17/06; Requirements for Licensure of Residential Treatment Facilities for Adults; CARF program standards; DHS and CBH requirements.
  3. Provide individual and group supervision of assigned staff, to include Residential Treatment Assistants.
  4. Ensure ongoing training for staff to include training to develop and enhance their skills to include oversight of fidelity to any approved evidence based models .
  5. Ensure that staff vacancies are filled by interviewing and recommending selected candidates for hire to Human resources Department. Complete site orientations for all new hires.
  6. Ensure that policies and procedures are followed before, during and after any physical intervention.
  7. Regularly observe and provide feedback to Residential Treatment Associates to ensure that their interactions with each resident are consistent with the individual’s treatment and rehabilitation plans
  8. Ensure community meetings and other similar meetings are held on a regular basis.
  9. Ensure individuals gain access to needed psychiatric, medical, social, financial and other appropriate services
  10. Ensure that all relevant information is communicated to the psychiatrist and all other team members

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to participate in and appropriately apply and restrain staff in approved physical restraint techniques.
