As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be working with a high performing development team that is building software of exceptional quality. *What we're looking for: *

* 1+ year hands-on QA experience with at least 2 years of Salesforce experience
* Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
* Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
* Proven experience in interacting and coordinating test activities amongst multiple teams in multiple locations
* Ability to identify issues, craft proactive technical resolutions and communication plans to remedy
* Skilled in risk assessment and impact analysis for software applications

*What would be even better: *

* Experienced with Automation, creating and executing SQL queries and creating test data sets
* Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification
* Proficient with Salesforce debugging logs, bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes

As Associate QA Engineer on Teamfight Tactics, you will report into the QA Manager. You will work on the Gameplay team that plays TFT often to uncover issues, partner with the Product, Design, Art and Engineering teams to resolve issues in the test and live environment. You will guarantee the quality of TFT using both functional and end-to-end testing. You will be guided by Riot's Test Policy and contribute to quality activities at every stage of development.
Responsibilities:

* Play TFT as apart of the Gameplay Team
* Improve on methods of test execution at the team-level
* Playtest and give feedback on content being developed
* Partner with different disciplines to push quality upstream
* Manage communication related to test status with initiative lead
* Participate in product, process, and discipline retrospective

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance experience
* Gaming or Software testing experience
* Knowledge of Product Development Pipelines and Workflows
* Agile Product Development & Agile Testing experience
* Experience working with diverse team

Desired Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Experience testing on PC and Mobile
* JIRA experience highly preferred
* ISTQB Foundation Level. ISTQB Agile Tester or ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST) Certification
* ISTQB Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst Certification

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for all KPIs and measures with regards to an improved product quality during the development phase according the Flawless Launch Process (FLP)
•Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets during launch and serial production
•Responsible to stop processes and escalate in all cases of non-conformities to quality (STOP-AT-DEFECT)
•Drive and implement continuous improvement activities through active problem solving processes.
•Self-starter seeks opportunities to improve processes, part quality, and overall efficiency
•Support process capability analyses to investigate the ability of production processes to meet defined specifications and quality standards
•Create and maintain plant related quality documentation
•Support assembly trials and drive for best process quality
•Responsible for alerting management for all items affecting product quality/functionality in a negative manner
•First contact for all customer related questions
•Ensure knowledge about customer specific requirements
•Ensure knowledge about risk management and product safety
•Conduct claim management with customer (8D) including warranty
•Submit final submitting PPAP to customer (incl. update of customer portals and IMDS)
•Support project-related documents (e.g. P-FMEA, process flow chart)
•Perform internal Audits
•Support Quality Manager on external and customer audits

Qualifications:

•Master or Bachelor in Engineering or comparable education
•First experience in automotive project management
•Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
•Knowledge in quality tools/ valid quality standards
•Knowledge in customer specific quality requirements
•Knowledge of Kautex manufacturing processes
•Strong local and English language skills are required
