Essential Functions:

* Provide analysis capabilities to support current system and performance analyses of Western Range launch operations systems.
* Conduct pre-mission link margin, GPS visibility and Roll analyses to ensure coverage and accuracy of instrumentation support.
* Accomplish technical analyses of rocket trajectories, impact points, and onboard/ ground tracking instrumentation systems.
* Perform configuration and post operation system analysis. Evaluate coverage, performance, and accuracy of onboard vehicle systems. (Telemetry Inertial Guidance Missile navigation, GPS receivers, GPS translators, Command Transmitters Flight Termination Systems, Radar, Mission Flight Control Center, Central Telemetry Processing System, Flight Analysis, Flight Operations and Radar Kalman Filtering.)
* Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

* Ability to communicate effectively.

Required Experience:

* Associate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Electrical or Aero Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 0-2 years' experience in software engineering, mathematics or physics applications.
* MATLAB knowledge.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products

* The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific mission and project requirements.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization.
* Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
* This position is assigned to Vandenberg SFB, CA.

Systems Analysts in the Connected Customer Group directly impact our ability to gain new business and to form lasting bonds with our clients by integrating with their supply chain to provide visibility to inventory in transit.

Systems Analysts in the Connected Customer Group are responsible for understanding and mapping the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), or other connectivity methods, that will be exchanged between Expeditors, clients, and third parties. This consists of analyzing client EDI specifications, analyzing business requirements describing how they will provide data, understanding how that information will be used in the context of our business and proprietary systems, collaborating with clients and third parties, and distilling it into a mapping document used by developers to create the code that translates the data.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative, and multi-faceted position that requires you to be able to manage and drive multiple projects in multiple states.

Successful Systems Analysts are strong in the following skill sets: business analysis, project management, technical acumen, communication (both written and verbal), organization and team collaboration.

This position will sit in the greater Seattle, WA area.

**Summary**

This position is responsible for the implementation and support of various Supply Chain business solutions utilizing systems like BLUEYONDER, SAP and other legacy systems. **Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Understands the criticality of focused development efforts to achieve business goals and requirements associated with projects assigned. Assists in researching and proposing system solutions to realize business goals for strategic projects in subject area.

+ Responsible to support all systems solutions work, including evaluations, development, documentation, with a keen eye on testing, to achieve goals of the IT strategic roadmap for assigned business areas. Responsible to formulate and deliver an enterprise level functional design for applications and reporting systems, in assigned business area.

+ Participates in Pre-Planning, Blueprinting, Realization, Final Preparation and Go-Live/Support phases of IT Strategic Roadmap projects assigned.

+ Researches solutions and develops beta or pilot test configuration of proposed solutions.

+ Demonstrates beta or pilot test configurations to IT and/or business personnel to influence final design selection.

+ Completes system configuration to meet the design criteria for strategic projects in respective areas.

+ Evaluates system solution design proposals from other Perdue personnel and contractors.

+ Assists and supports the project teams to complete projects successfully.

+ Responsible to provide Level 1 & 2 system maintenance support for subject area (includes rotating evening support).

**Minimum Education**

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline or in the absence of a degree, related deep work experience in ERP technologies (BlueYonder, SAP, SQL) may be considered.

**Experience Requirements**

+ 8 years experience in an Information Technology systems analysis function, working with end-users to translate business requirements into system functional specifications. Experience in full project lifecycle implementations.

+ Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle) with ability to write SQL queries and shell scripting highly desired.

+ Understanding of Supply Chain processes (demand and supply planning a plus).

+ Strong business and technical leadership and facilitation skills; excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.

+ Ability to work well with teams and resolve conflict at all times. Open to constructive feedback for career development and professional growth.

+ Excellent execution skills delivering to timelines ahead of or on scheduling.

+ Detail oriented and requires minimal follow-up.

+ Some minor travel to plant sites may be required to support strategic projects.

• May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

• May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.

• May be exposed to all chemicals found in poultry, food and processing plant.
