Responsibilities Answer phone, Troubleshoot computer problems-if freezing up, won't print, not booting up, etc. Assist students with the library resources, including but not limited to: GALILEO, Searching Library catalog. Learn to use and teach others about technology equipment available in library, 3D printer, 3D pen, Sphero etc. Assist students with access to library information.
Minimum Qualifications: Current student at Athens Technical College. Must maintain registration of minimum 6 credit hours each semester.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Enrolled student in eligible program of study- registered for minimum 6 credit hours.
· · Complete financial aid file verified by Office of Financial Aid.
· Strong communication skills and work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

Organize meetings, events and activities involving the Athens Tech Foundation.

Manage the Athens Tech Foundation scholarship tracking and review system.

Monitor Athens Tech Foundation social media as needed.

Present Disbursement Form for signature to all officials who are required to approve expenditures.
Manage the accounts payable for the Foundation and issue Foundation checks according to Authorization for Disbursement Forms.
Post Foundation receipts to the proper Fund/class in QuickBooks.
Prepare appropriate bank deposit forms and present to financial institution.
Reconcile all bank/investment statements.
Reconcile fund balances to bank/investment accounts.
Post Foundation expenses to the proper Fund/Class in QuickBooks.
Prepare, submit and track purchase requisitions.
Assume other duties as assigned by the Director of Institutional Advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree and Three (3) years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
