Summary/Objective:
The Boiler Service Technician will be responsible for the servicing, troubleshooting, repairing cleaning, and maintenance of heating and cooling equipment and related systems for commercial / industrial customers.
Essential Functions:
Service boilers and equipment for commercial / industrial customers
Troubleshoot, test, repair, maintain or modify heating systems and equipment including, but not limited to, high pressure steam, low pressure steam, and hot water systems
Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications requested by customers
Prepares on-site installation and repairs - examining building layout, anticipating challenges, identifying materials and coordinates on-site work
Document, complete, and maintain paperwork on each job
Performs other duties as assigned

Required:
3+ years of relevant experience cleaning and servicing boilers in a commercial / industrial environment; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience
4+ years of practical experience in general HVAC work
Knowledge of basic electricity and electrical control systems
Understanding of fuel oil, natural gas, and propane
Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
Must adhere to all company policy and procedures
Must be available, and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned
The work environment and physical demands required would be representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, and may include, but are not limited to the following:

Summary/Objective:
The Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter is responsible for the installation and testing of automatic fire suppression systems within our new construction division.
Essential Functions:
The Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter reads and interprets drawings and specifications to determine layout requirements
Installs clamps, brackets and hangers to support piping system and sprinkler and fire protection equipment
Connects piping system to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors and control equipment
Tests system for leaks using air or liquid pressure equipment
Trains and directs the day to day work of a Helper

Summary/Objective:

Essential Functions:
Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal project teams, our customers, subcontractors, and key vendors. Builds positive morale on the project site
Coordinate with various internal departments such as pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and fabrication shops as well as client personnel and others to:
Develop and maintain a construction plan and schedule
Scope out vendor quotes and purchase equipment and material
Scope out subcontractors and issue subcontracts
Provide guidance for the fabrication schedule
Daily monitoring of key metrics (manpower, material/equipment deliveries, etc..) and mentoring site leadership to support the timely execution and completion of the work within budget with no defects or accidents
Prepare, monitor, and maintain project budgets, and report to senior management on key metrics
Create Revenue Forecasts, Schedule of Values, Cash Flow analysis, and other financial analysis.
Identify changes in scope, prepare pricing, and submit potential change orders to customer
When necessary, develop recovery plans to bring a project that is experiencing issues, such as issues with safety, quality, or production back on track

Job Summary: The fire Suppression systems inspector will be responsible for the completion of service requests at various locations throughout your given territory (the greater Roanoke area). This opening is for a professional, responsible state-licensed Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Inspector. Inspect and test fire alarm and sprinkler systems to ensure that they function effectively and meet NFPA standards.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Summary/Objective:
Responsible for the installation and testing of automatic fire suppression systems.
Essential Functions:
Inspects, repairs, tests, adjusts and removes sprinkler systems using instructions and pre-established guidelines
Cuts, threads and hangs pipe
Responsible for the installation and rebuilding of fire pumps
Installation of valves, couplings and other fittings
Reads and interprets drawings and specifications to determine layout requirements
Installs clamps, brackets and hangers to support piping system and sprinkler and fire protection equipment
Connects piping system to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors and control equipment
Tests system for leaks using air or liquid pressure equipment
Trains and directs the day to day work of a helper
Maintains appropriate documentation for the work performed
Performs other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Required:
2+ years of experience as a Sprinkler Fitter or Fire Protection Service Tech; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience
NICET Level 2 preferred, but not required
Backflow certified preferred but not required
Experience installation and rebuilding of fire pumps prefered
Ridgid 300 power machine (cutting and threading pipe) experience
Ability to interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Must adhere to all company policy and procedures
Must be available, and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned
