A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AV INSTALLATION SPECIALIST

As an installer, you can be found out in the field pulling data and audio cable and installing AV systems for our clients. This may include, but is not limited to, hanging large quantities of TVs, installing network hardware, installing speaker systems, and pulling long lengths of cabling multiple days in a row. We also provide services like hanging projectors and screens, installing stage lighting, large-scale Wi-Fi networks, and more. Each day you will arrive at scheduled appointments on time and ready to exceed client expectations. This work is for those that enjoy keeping busy and being able to be physically active as you perform some of the duties of your job.

During the slow season (usually November through February), you will have the opportunity to expand your skills by assisting our IT and customer service teams in house when time permits, as well as take specialized certification courses to further increase your skills and value as an employee (things like ESA, CompTIA, Avixa, and more). This allows you to easily assist our clients as you respond to support tickets as well as be flexible in helping the other departments in the company. Whether you're in the office or the field, you will be essential to our success.

AV Installation Specialist

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year in related work experience (preferred)
• 1+ year Customer service experience (required)
• Willing and able to take, complete, and pass certifications as assigned (required)
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 or more pounds (required)
• Physical ability to work Indoors, Outdoors, and on Active Construction sites (required)
• Basic computer experience (required)

AV INSTALLER WORK SCHEDULE

This position works a typical full-time schedule during the company's normal business hours and can involve some light traveling!
