*****This position requires you to work in the office; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, you may work from home.*****

Specialist II as Lease Ops Condition Report Processor you will be responsible to effectively and accurately enter condition reports for end of term lease billing.

Tasks involved include accurately adding condition reports into the system to be used for customer billing. You will be working of reports, researching missing information and communicating with auctions and external inspection companies to verify and obtain information to complete the condition report process.

There will be regular interaction with other Remarketing team members and Collections groups throughout Chase Auto Finance. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
**Responsibilities:**

• Review accounts that have missing condition reports

• Identify incorrect information; research any identified problems

• Document customer account thoroughly and concisely

• Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations

• Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building

• Processes complex non-routine accounts or transactions, performing investigations and repairs

• Manage high level escalated problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate outcome

• Effective verbal and written communication with external and internal customers

• Engage in interactive dialogue through active listening

• Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency

Conduct advanced research to resolve customer issues and solve problems

**** Work Schedule : 6:00AM - 2:30PM Monday-Friday****

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in Lease End operations preferred

• Strong knowledge of auto condition report inspections a plus

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills; professional and courteous

• Must be willing to work in a fast paced, sometimes heavy volume environment

• Ability to meet quality and productivity standards

• Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements

• Ability to interpret policies, guidelines and processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

• Ability to multi-task; typing while reading, viewing multiple screens and systems and, keeping up to date with new procedures.

• Must have strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

• Must display a high sense of urgency

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel

• Must be willing to work in shifting schedules

• Must be highly adaptable to change
