• Provide professional and accurate installation for retractable outdoor awnings: 40%
  • Contact consumers for scheduling and expectations within aggressive time standards
  • Provide contact and job details through mobile device in real time
  • Complete accurate measurements and confirm specifications, post-sale
  • Identify challenges and solutions to each installation and reinforce expectations with the consumer
• Provide professional and accurate installation of custom outdoor awnings: 45%
  • Utilize best practices for each awning type and unique installation
  • Install in a clean and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and communicate install challenges on-site
  • Provide expert care and operation instructions to the consumer
  • Reinforce quality and warranty assurances to consumers
• Maintain an efficient warehouse facility and vehicle: 5%
  • Confirm shipment contents and condition daily for rapid customer contact or problem resolution
  • Maintain an organized system for all shipments and inventory
  • Maintain vehicle in a presentable and preserving manner
• Communication and planning: 10%
  • Set accurate expectations for installation with all consumers
  • Communicate all customer contact and scheduling in real time through mobile device
  • Create and work within a reasonable and efficiently routed schedule

What We're Looking For

• Experience working on a 2-person team
• Exterior home improvement contractor experience in siding, windows and doors, carpentry, or garage door installations
• Must have all appropriate tools including but not limited to: ladders, drill/driver, and levels
• Insurance $2 mil general liability
• Background screened
• License per local code
