Jassi founded Axtria with the vision of building cutting-edge analytics and software solutions that will help global companies to manage and get insights from big data effectively. Jassi is a pioneer in building advanced decision support software. He has worked closely with over 100 global companies to improve the effectiveness of their commercial operations. Jassi has been recognized by several prestigious organizations for his leadership and entrepreneurial achievements. Jassi is the two-time winner of E&Y "Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 2018 and 2004. Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA) awarded Jassi with a prestigious lifetime achievement award in 2014. In 2009, Jassi was named to the PharmaVOICE 100, which recognizes the 100 most influential people in the life sciences industry. He was awarded the year 2003 "Top Forty under Forty" by NJBiz Magazine. Jassi is a successful entrepreneur and angel investor. He currently is Advisory Council Member, Small Business and Agriculture (SBAAC) at Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Board of Directors of SpectraMedix, Board of Directors of Panjab Digital Library and Board of Directors of Sikh Research Institute. Previously, Jassi was co-founder and CEO of marketRx, which was acquired by Cognizant Technology Solutions in November 2007. Formerly, Jassi was on the Board of Trustees of TIE Global, New Jersey Technology Council, and PAN IIT.

David brings more than 35 years of experience in mathematical modeling of business problems, with over 20 years in sales and marketing analysis for life sciences companies. At Axtria, he serves as Senior Principal, with emphasis on projects in mathematical modeling of sales operations and multi-channel promotion analysis.

Before Axtria, he was Sr. Vice President at marketRx. He did significant work in all forms of sales and marketing optimization in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and managed care industries, with scores of engagements including sales and marketing structure, site location, and multi-channel marketing. David was the lead trainer on the Global Marketing Mix training program in Berlin for a large pharma client.

Before marketRx, David served as Executive Director for Strategic Planning Consulting at Health Products Research (now part of inVentiv Health). Additionally, David has done substantial work in the development of yield management for the commercial airline industry (at Sabre Decision Technologies) and has worked on finance, energy, and natural resource economics issues.
