The Banquet Steward at PGA National Resort Requirements:

+ Must ensure that all the health regulations are maintained.

+ Greet guests with pleasantness and courteousness

+ Should be attentive to guest needs, respond promptly to resolve their complaints, and to ensure personalized service to them

+ Also supervises and coordinates the activities of the kitchen and dining-room workers.

+ With the purpose of discussing matters related to additional employees or equipment, when needed, a banquet steward consults with the manager, with the catering and with the executive chief.

+ Ensure that all the china, silverware and glassware are spotless and clean

+ At the end of the banquet stewards are responsible for cleaning, sweeping, operating the dish washing machine and other related work.
