Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery requiring the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.

Overseer Board
While the ECEFC is congregational in its form in the sense that all leaders are accountable to the
congregation, the administrative responsibilities and authority of the congregation are delegated to the Overseer Board. The Overseer Board is made up of nine ECEFC members, 1/3 of which are elected annually for a three-year term. A member may not be elected for more than two three-year consecutive terms and must not be a board member for at least one year before being eligible again. The Senior Pastor is a voting member of the Overseer Board.
The Candidate
The Senior Pastor shall know Christ as his personal Savior and be living an exemplary life in accordance with scriptural guidelines for church leaders. He will be sound in his faith and doctrine and qualified to preach and teach the Word of God as led by the Holy Spirit.
The Senior Pastor is hired by the congregation. The Pastor and the Overseer Board, led by the Holy Spirit are together responsible for the spiritual direction and vision of the church. The Pastor shall proclaim and model a life of prayer, love, and care for the congregation. He shall lead the church in evangelizing the lost and discipling the believers.
Some of the duties of the Senior Pastor will include:
• Preaching and teaching
• Plan worship services with the Worship Ministry Team
• Participate in a small group
• Serve communion at least four times per year with the help of the Deacons
• Be available to officiate weddings, funerals, baby dedications, and baptisms
• Provide counseling as needed by the congregation
• Maintain office hours

Provide proper transportation, along with the activities department, to and from competitions. Athletes must travel with the team to the event site as a team, unless prior approval and written permission from guardians and activities director. Athlete must sign out with the coach after competition to leave with parents/relatives. Athlete must have guardian approval, guardian note, and coach approval to leave with non-family members.
Assess and maintain inventory of uniforms and equipment so it functions and works properly. All uniforms are distributed by a school board approved coach and are all collected at the end of the season. Equipment should fit in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Athletes must wear protective equipment any time they are exposed to the full rigors of contact in practice or competitions. Any defective equipment should not be used and reported to the activities director.

As a combined Community Health Worker/Pharmacy Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting patients in navigating healthcare and social services, addressing health disparities, and promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors. Serving as a bridge between community members, healthcare providers, and social services, you will establish rapport with patients, provide health education, and contribute to closing gaps in care.
Primary Objectives:
Cultivate patient relationships through health education and assistance.
Aid patients in addressing gaps in care by identifying health and environmental disparities.
Major Responsibilities:
Facilitate connections between patients and healthcare providers.
Guide patients in navigating healthcare and social services.
Deliver health education on topics including chronic disease prevention, physical activity, and nutrition.
Administer health-related screenings.
Employ motivational interviewing techniques.
Foster a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, actively listening to patients' concerns and experiences.
Identify barriers to care and collaborate with patients to overcome them.
Document patient visits and progress in the electronic health record.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Maintain flexibility in new or evolving work roles and adapt job responsibilities as required.
Additional Responsibilities for Pharmacy Technician:
Adhere to Medicare Part B requirements.
Resolve any rejected claims or billing issues.
Assist customers with Medicare Part D inquiries.
Maintain accurate prescription records.
Promote Thrifty White programs to patients and facilitate enrollment.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Certified pharmacy technician registered in the state of MN or willing to become certified.
Community Health Worker Certificate from the Minnesota State College and Universities System approved Community Health Worker curriculum.
Familiarity with local population demographics, needs, and resources.
Experience working with diverse populations and understanding health disparities.
Occasional travel may be required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to navigate electronic health records.
Punctuality and reliability in reporting for work.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtains and maintains Professional Engineering licensure.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Engineers and/or Engineering Supervisors
Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Discipline and maintain employee relations in the Engineering department.
Assist HR with staffing needs, personnel issues, and implement department policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee work schedules with other supervisors and management within the D+E department.
Work with engineers to assist in unfamiliar designs and responsibilities to find the best solutions.
Ensure safe working conditions, structures, and quality products by upholding engineering ethics and integrity.
Projects and Design:
Review calculations and drawings to ensure they are satisfactory to stamp as appropriate.
Ensures safe structures, safe working conditions, quality products, quality service, and satisfied customers by working with all departments within the Company.
Interpret Architectural/Structural plans and performs required calculations to ensure structural integrity.
Oversees a project design team and is accountable for project milestones and the successful deliverable to internal and external customers.
Identifies potential issues with project schedules and quality and responds with proposed solutions with internal teams.
Coordinates with Contractors/Engineers/Architects/Owners as required
Provide sales staff with engineering support for prospect jobs.
Visits manufacturing facilities and construction sites as required.
Handles concerns and issues as necessary during any phase of the project.
Needs to make timely, educated decisions based on needs and requirements.
Prepares appropriate fixes for errors that have occurred on the projects.
Work with production team on facility and manufacturing requests.
Complete special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering, or comparable ABET accredited degree.
7+ years-experience in precast design preferred.
Interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
Experience with Microsoft office software. Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
Professional Engineering Licensure required.
