Job Specific Duties Competently and accurately process diet and nourishment order requests in computer system to optimize efficiency and productivity. Assist patients with placing meal and snack orders, taking into consideration any food allergies, cultural preferences and CMC therapeutic diet restrictions (Diabetic, House, Renal, GI Bland, etc.). • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of meal including food texture, fluid consistency, appearance, portion control, taste and temperature. Able to make appropriate substitutions according to meal satisfaction standards. • Deliver patient meals and nourishments according to AIDET guidelines. Assist patients with meal set-up and assure meal satisfaction. • Remove soiled patient trays. Assure sanitation of meal carts and food service areas. • Perform first in, first out. Provide great customer service to our guests! Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons. Keep bar stocked of all bottled products, mixers, and glassware. Work as a team with waitress/servers to fill drink orders. Clean bar, glassware and service areas. Rings up all drink and food orders in the POS system, collects payment for drinks and/or food served, balances all receipts and follows proper cash handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Previous experience providing bartender service required. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
