Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan
Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed
Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic windows, and seat operating equipment to gain access to damaged area of vehicle if needed. Store parts on carts or cover to eliminate potential damage
Mend damaged body by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits are to industry standards; remove damaged panels and bolts or welds replacement parts in position and reassemble after parts are painted
Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)
File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before turning vehicle over to the Paint Dept.
Repair or replace defective parts

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics II to support the Navy Station Search and Rescue (SAR) unit at NAS Key West, FL under the Commander Naval Air Forces Atlantic (CNAL) O-Level Maintenance Support contract. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness and safety of MH-60R/S aircraft by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and modifications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft structures and components, including engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose avionics and mechanical malfunctions using test equipment, schematics, and technical manuals.
Conduct aircraft inspections, corrosion control, preservation/de-preservation, and documentation of maintenance actions in logs and records.
Support flight line operations, aircraft movement, and support equipment (SE) operation and inspection.
Participate in technical directive compliance, ordnance handling, and maintenance data system updates.
Contribute to Navy maintenance programs, including FOD Prevention, Corrosion Control, Tool Control, and Hydraulic Contamination Control.
May lead and train lower-level mechanics; inspect and sign off on work performed by other technicians.
Required Qualifications
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (O-Level/Navy aviation preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Navy Maintenance Programs, including NAMP, Tool Control, and FOD Prevention.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings.

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.

Essential Functions

Study, rehearse, and deliver scripts about the Aquarium, local marine life, and conservation.
Narrate script accurately in an entertaining and timely manner, both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, while conducting feedings to demonstrate feeding behaviors several times a work shift, in a clear and audible voice, with the use of a microphone, for an audience up to 30 persons or more.
Provide in-depth Aquarium and animal information to interpret the exhibits for guests.
Prepare food for feeding according to diet and schedule for each animal as set by the Aquarist Supervisor, and accurately log all feedings.
Daily cleaning of the Aquarium includes but is not limited to cleaning the glass fronts of the Aquarium and exhibits, picking up litter and disposing of trash between tours, and mopping as needed.
Participate in aquarium duties, including set-up and breakdown of aquariums and exhibits, cleaning and maintenance of exhibits which could include being partially or fully submerged underwater.
Observe exhibits to detect disease and injuries, report the condition to the Aquarist Supervisor, and treat animals according to instructions.
Assist with the care of a variety of permitted and non-permitted animal species: reptiles, invertebrates, elasmobranchs, and chelonians. The CASTmembers can only work with permitted animal species if authorized by the state of Florida and approved by the General Manager or Operations Manager.
Assist with moving animals and loading and unloading supplies.
Additional Functions
Assist Aquarium management with curriculum design, development, and implementation.
Represent the Aquarium by promoting education programs at community events, fairs, school presentations, expos, and other activities as needed.
Serve as a positive role model for children and other Aquarium guests by adhering to company standards.

Part-time Description
Cardinal Point Captains, Inc. (CPC) is seeking experienced and well-qualified part-time / on-call small boat Captains to provide vessel support to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) in Key West and Key Largo, FL.
Designated on November 16, 1990, FKNMS protects 3,800 square miles of waters surrounding the Florida Keys, from south of Miami westward to encompass the Dry Tortugas, excluding Dry Tortugas National Park. Within the boundaries of the sanctuary lie spectacular, unique, and nationally significant marine resources including North America's only coral barrier reef, extensive seagrass beds, mangrove-fringed islands, shipwrecks and other archeological treasures and more than 6,000 species of marine life.
FKNMS operates a fleet of small boats and uses these vessels to support science, resource management, and stewardship of the resources within the Sanctuary. Operations performed by part-time/on-call Captains will include working dives in support of NOAA's Mission: Iconic Reefs, a large-scale coral restoration effort in the Florida Keys. Restoration efforts include outplanting of corals grown in a nursery and site preparation at Carysfort Reef, Horseshoe Reef, Cheeca Rocks, Newfound Harbor, Eastern Dry Rocks, Sombrero Reef and Looe Key Reef. These sites represent the iconic diversity and productivity of Florida Keys coral reefs, spanning the geographic extent of the region, a variety of habitats, and a range of human uses. They also have a history of restoration success or have characteristics that indicate restoration is likely to succeed.
Tasks
Tow small vessels to and from yard to the dock and back (Bahia Honda or Marathon in Lower Keys or to Tavernier/Islamorada in Upper Keys) on days of mission.
Assist with vessel equipment loading and safety brief approximately 1 hour before driving away from dock. Be present for vessel equipment unloading and de-brief with crew and marine technician, ensure that all safety procedures are understood and adhered to while underway.
Maintain qualifications for serving as an Operator-in-Charge according to the NOAA small boat manual; ensure the safe navigation and mechanical operation of the vessels, as indicated by the NOAA small vessel policy guidelines, vessel operation manual, and vessel's standing orders.
Ensure the efficient contribution of the vessel and its crew to the accomplishment of the vessel's mission.
Verify cruise and float plans and communicate with the shore-side point of contact frequently when underway.
Operate deck equipment including lifting equipment on small boats.
Document all vessel-related activities in the ship's Log.
Ready and available for emergency responses.
Work with other crew members and engineers to develop maintenance procedures, engineering work packages, major overhauls and configuration management.
Conduct maintenance and repairs and assist in training and evaluating other crew members.
Ensure FKNMS small boats are operated and maintained in compliance with NOAA Small Boat Program requirements.
Help coordinate and support emergent repairs to FKNMS small boat assets if and when required.
Coordinate with NMS sites and partners to develop cruise plans for vessels of opportunity including ships, ROVs, and manned submersibles.
Ensure current training for vessel operator and crewmembers; and keep record of credentials and qualifications.
Comply with safety stand-downs per NOAA procedures.
Review of all Project Instructions to an approving authority including Cruise Plans, and Float Plans, as directed.
Assist FKNMS in physical facilities assessments and planning as it relates to vessel operations.
Help schedule vessel maintenance and dry dock periods per NOAA procedures.
Review, revise, and implement pertinent policies and regulations related to NOAA small boats and applicable facilities.
Help coordinate and track training and resulting credentials of vessel operators, crew members, FKNMS staff members.
Assist FKNMS in maritime facilities assessments and planning.
Requirements
Education/Experience: Requires a current 100-Gross Ton USCG Master License with at least 2 years of experience working on NOAA vessels, similar research vessels or law enforcement vessels embarked with scientific personnel.
Must have experience directing and overseeing complex at-sea operations; experience in operating overhead load handling equipment such as winches, cranes, A-Frames, and davits; operate dive compressor and fill SCUBA tanks; oversee scientific equipment and diver deployment.
Familiar with boat hull, electrical and mechanical routine ship maintenance and repairs. Have basic mechanical knowledge of boats for problem-solving in the field. Know when to call shore support and/or emergency services.
Must be able qualify/pass the NOAA component course certification prior to deployment.
Able to lift and carry equipment and gear up to seventy-five (75) pounds to assist in mobilization.
Have familiarity with dive operations in waters around the Florida Keys, preferably as demonstrated through serving as a Captain on a dive boat or serving as a working diver.
Understand principles outlined in the NOAA small boat manual, such as requirements for drift dives and crew support for different types of operations.

The State of Florida is seeking motivated individuals to join our workforce. Law clerks will work on a broad range of assignments, including both transactional and litigation-related work. General duties include legal research and writing, discovery, and trial/hearing preparation. The ideal candidate would be a first, second- or third-year law student, possessing excellent research and writing skills, the ability to work efficiently and independently with a moderate amount of supervision, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an ideal internship opportunity for those interested in public service after graduation or in fields related to administrative law, litigation or contracts.

Job Description
JRAD is seeking candidates for the Senior Mission Coordinator position, who is responsible for developing, producing, and continuously updating written, photographic, audio, video, and mixed-media training aids and materials for mission planning. This role requires a strong understanding of range capabilities, assets, and operational procedures, as well as the ability to provide detailed debriefings and training to users.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Support planning and coordination for agencies participating in or supporting training operations
Attend pre-mission conferences for users and support groups
Coordinate training system assets and communicate daily with aviation units, air control units, airspace/air traffic control agencies, and other training systems facilities to ensure proper coordination.
Maintain a computer database of range utilization and prepare reports on range availability, scheduling, and utilization.
Develop and present briefings on capability, operation, and requirements to military and government agencies, including VIP presentations.
Provide equipment operator training for on-site personnel in the operation of display consoles.
Conduct equipment demonstrations for authorized personnel
Assist users in developing training scenarios and coordinating fleet exercises
Implement and administer an effective, rapid, and comprehensive method distributing mission scenarios and updates
Provide feedback on mission results and conduct post-mission debriefings
Required Skills and Education:
Bachelor's in STEM or a related field
Five (5) years performing DoD exercise coordination activities
Demonstrated mission planning experience with Fleet synthetic training events
Familiarity with Navy Training Baseline modeling and simulation and their applicability to Fleet synthetic training
Desired Skills:
Advanced degree in STEM and/or a related field
Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret Clearance
