1. Elisa
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay or ELISA is an examination or test to measure and detect a person's specific antigen, antibodies, and protein. This type of test will identify if the sample component is infected with a relative disease or condition such as HIV infection, anemia, Zika Virus, and Lyme disease with just a single experiment.
- Experienced scientist in standardizing ELISA assays for existing and synthetic molecules in cancer therapy for Personalized Drug Management.
- Developed and tested ELISA based diagnostic assay to detect carcinogenic viral infection in human.
2. PCR
PCR stands for Polymerase Chain Reaction, a tool to make millions of copies of a target part of DNA. Polymerase chain reaction involves the process of heating and cooling. The process takes place using a machine, which helps in heating and cooling off the substances. The purpose of heating exists to separate the DNA into two single strands.
- Reviewed ECL and Real Time PCR results generated by scientists and certified results before handing over to government client.
- Used real-time PCR and DNA sequencing to troubleshoot and validate SNP based and gene expression assays.
3. Biological Samples
- Analyze biological samples using chemical spectra database.
- Dose isotope labeled compounds and collect biological samples that include blood, bile and urine.
4. HPLC
- Developed HPLC methodologies for pharmaceutical ingredient assay and related substances to support development of sustained-release ocular implanted drug delivery devices.
- Developed and performed methods for analysis of radio labeled organic pesticides through extensive HPLC and Liquid Scintillation techniques usage.
5. Sops
A standard operating procedure or simply SOP is a particular operation that needs to be done in accordance with the rules and guidelines of a company or an industry. It is an important way for a company to run smoothly, especially in small businesses. It is like a practice wherein everything an individual or an employee is under a particular standard that is implemented.

6. Blood Samples
A blood sample is a specimen of blood extracted from the body of an organism to run laboratory tests on it. Lab tests are conducted to determine if a person has optimum mineral content and has no illness. Blood is extracted from the vein with the help of a hypodermic needle. The blood is then analyzed to perform multiple tests such as; glucose tests, cholesterol tests, hemoglobin tests, blood count tests.
- Draw blood samples to patients who attended the lab.
- Draw blood samples for research projects
