Position Summary:
The Director, Data Services will lead the organization in the Company's data strategy, service management, and delivery functions. This is a key role responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive data vision, ensuring the availability/scalability, quality, security, and accessibility of data across the organization. The position will lead a team of data professionals and collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and partner teams to unlock the full potential of the organization's data assets. This role will drive the critical importance of using data in driving the organization's business success and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, recruit, and provide leadership to the Data Services team, which includes Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and other Data Professionals
Lead the design and maturity of the organization's Data Services journey though assessments, strategy, and year-over-year roadmaps
Develop and maintain the enterprise data delivery architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and analytics teams and while providing a clear direction for storage, curation, consumption, and tools
Develop and implement comprehensive standards and metrics surrounding data governance, data integrity/quality, , data integration, and data delivery
Establish and maintain data governance policies, standards, and best practices/procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Implement data quality frameworks and processes
Oversee the design and implementation of robust and scalable data architectures, data models, and database systems that meet the current and evolving needs of the business
Envision, socialize, and architect scalable solutions driving data excellence and the future incorporation of AI, ML disciplines in a business practical approach that drives value
Partner with Cybersecurity to ensure the security and privacy of all data assets, implementing and enforcing data security policies and procedures in collaboration with the security team
Develop and implement strategies to improve data accessibility for business users and analytics teams, enabling self-service capabilities where appropriate. Oversee the continuous delivery of timely and accurate data sets and reports
Evaluate and manage relationships with external data vendors and service providers
Collaborate with architects to define data models, data flows, and data integration strategies that align with the overall enterprise architecture
Effectively communicate the data strategy, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders. Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide solutions
Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics, identifying opportunities to modernize our data infrastructure, service offering, and support processes
Conceptualize and model legacy application data migration to SaaS platforms utilizing cloud partners to minimize on-premise data while improving service offering
Maintain standards, execution, and inventory of interfaces with external products (on premise or in the cloud) while maintaining overall performance and appropriate response to business intelligence/analytics users
A deep and through understanding of how BITCO creates value for its stakeholders in order to properly prioritize and sequentially staff data services initiatives through FTE/FTC/Partnership alliances
Drive a culture of data-driven decision making and data literacy in alignment with BITCO's strategic objectives
Maintains current company and department procedures. Assigns work, provides training and feedback to team members, and conducts timely and appropriate evaluations of job performance in the department
As a management representative, consistently acts in the best interest of BITCO and provides leadership and communication to actively promote BITCO's mission, values, and culture

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience required
At least 10+ years' of experience within complex data environments including design, integration, curation, consumption, database management, security and monitoring controls, and management information systems
At least 5+ years' of experience in a leadership role incubating, scaling, and overseeing data services and related functions
Up-to-date practical knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their trends including vendors, libraries, tools used to drive real business value
Deep understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data security best practices.
Proven experience in designing and implementing data architectures, data models, and database systems (both relational and non-relational)
Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques (e.g., ETL, ELT, data warehousing).
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred, with an understanding of insurance data and regulatory requirements

Position Summary:
The Manager, IT Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BITCO's Service Desk, Mainframe Administration, and Production Control policies and processes. This is a key role combining hands-on technical activities with leadership responsibilities, managing a team of service technicians, vendors/partner relationships, mainframe administrators, and department wide policies and processes utilizing metrics in each respective area.
Primary Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises the work of Computer Operator Mainframe Support, Service Technicians, and vendors/partners specific to these areas, including the quality, quantity and timeliness of work to meet departmental and organizational goals and objectives
Manages the day-to-day work assignments of these teams, completion/updating of tickets, work distribution/balancing, and implements QA processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Focuses on the reporting of efficiency and effectiveness of Service Desk operations
Oversees the ticketing system to ensure issues are triaged, assigned, and resolved in a timely and accurate manner across the department
Serves as the point-of-escalation for aging, complex, high-priority, or recurring technical issues that cannot be resolved by the front-line team members
Prepare reports and maintain detailed metrics across the organization to ensure we are responsive to the business and IT Leadership has visibility to reported issues in their areas
Establishes and maintains service desk policy and processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, and production control management based on ITIL framework
Defines, tracks, and analyses key performance indicators/metrics such as first call resolution rate, aging, MTTR, SLA adherence, ticket volume by category, escalation rate, trend analysis, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) score including reports to demonstrate performance and identify trends across all of IT.
Facilitate quarterly service desk reviews with HO functional leaders and virtually with Regional Office leaders to understand needs of their teams
Ensure the Service desk maintains a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge base, troubleshooting guides, procedures, and solutions to common issues
Analyze trends in tickets to identify recurring issues and recommending long term improvements to IT portfolio serving the business
Collaborate across the company to ensure smooth IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees within the organization; this includes ensuring auditable processes are complete, appropriate accounts and permissions are provisioned, workstations setup, and initial training complete, ensuring exiting employee processes are efficiently completed, user accounts deactivated, and collection of all company owned IT assets
Directly manage a team of computer operators, to include shift management, nightly job processing, production application monitoring, and initial response to mainframe production issues
Implement an effective production monitoring environment and issue escalation processes through runbook documentation
Communicate and coordinate across organization to implement an effective and auditable change management and production control/major problem review (MPR) process governing all production issues
Plan, communicate, and coordinate routine maintenance activities, such as system IPLS, software patching, hardware upgrades, etc.
Supervise the execution and monitoring of production batch jobs insuring scheduled jobs run on-time, and utilize automation tools where possible. This includes all production issue responses and restart procedures to minimize business impact.
Serve as a BITCO IT Management liaison with a number of vendors/partners we use across the Service Desk and Mainframe administration to ensure system availability and accessibility. Perform quarterly business reviews to ensure SLAs are contractually fulfilled.
Manage, partner, and work to ensure our IT environments, processes, and policies meet all regulatory and internal compliance standards (SOX, PCI, GITC, SDLC). Serve as a point-of-contact during internal and external audits.
Manage the consistent review, updating, and testing of our disaster recovery plan across IT to ensure the organization can quickly recover from a number of business impacting events
Maintain up-to-date documentation of all operational procedures, system configurations, and incident resolution protocols
Take an active role in BITCO's modernization journey to ensure the integrity, inventory, documentation, and management of our mainframe applications, reports, jobs, and data as it relates to migration and decommissioning.
Consistently and constantly demonstrate experience, without management oversight, in project management, executive communication, management by metrics, customer service, and personnel management
As a management representative, consistently acts in the best interest of BITCO and provides leadership and communication to actively promote BITCO's mission, values, and culture.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments (including medical history, risk factors, and medication review) and develop person-centered care plans with SMART goals based on medical, behavioral, and social needs.
Provide medication reconciliation, health education, and condition-specific teaching to strengthen member understanding, self-management, and adherence.
Collaborate with Lead Care Managers, CHWs, Behavioral Health, Housing Navigation, providers, and community partners to coordinate services and resolve medical and social barriers.
Triage clinical concerns, identify red flags, and escalate appropriately to NP/MD partners; provide brief interventions within RN scope as needed.
Participate in interdisciplinary Systematic Case Reviews (SCR), IDT meetings, and case conferences, offering clinical recommendations and follow-up planning.
Coordinate transitions of care (TOC) by supporting post-hospital follow-ups, reconciling medications, scheduling timely appointments, and ensuring continuity.
Maintain accurate, timely, audit-ready documentation in ECW, Google Suite, and payer/health plan portals; ensure all clinical assessments, screenings, and care plans meet required timelines.
Engage members through relationship-based and trauma-informed approaches, building trust with individuals who may struggle with traditional healthcare systems.
Identify gaps in care, clinical risk, or environmental barriers and collaborate with care teams to implement timely interventions.
Support HHN's startup model by adapting to evolving workflows, contributing to clinical process improvements, and helping build scalable care coordination practices.

Position responsibilities
* Work with Risk/Safety Managers to identify, plan, develop and implement safety programs designed and accident and claim prevention strategies and tactics to reduce their overall cost of risk.
* Develop, implement, and monitor loss control service plans.
* Leverage analytical tools and loss data to identify client loss trends and effective remedial measures.
* Support client prospecting, sales, and renewal presentation efforts.
* Partner with carrier counterparts on providing client service.
* Function as client-advocate when dealing with carrier loss control recommendations and requirements.
* Develop and provide safety training programs to clients as required.
* Provide face to face and web-based client training for medium to large groups.
* Function as a technical expert and provide client support regarding OSHA, fire safety, DOT, general liability, workers' compensation and related issues and questions.
* Keep informed on current development of federal and state safety laws likely to affect clients.
* Prepare written correspondence, analyses, reports, and memos as needed.
* Accumulate required continuing education credits to maintain current certifications.
* Make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and constantly strive to improve service to customers.
* Communicate in a positive manner to contribute to a cohesive, pleasant work environment.
* Protect the confidentiality of information learned by performing the duties of the position.
* Respond in a timely manner to the requests and needs of clients and Lockton associates.
* Participate in and contribute to the growth and education of the Loss Control team.
* Attend staff meetings, department meetings, education workshops, and social functions.
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
