ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for supervising the Slot Technicians, and managing the Slot Performance Department. Install, test and maintains electronic gaming equipment and components, systems, and sub-systems required for continuous and efficient business operations. Makes required adjustments, repairs and/or replaces such equipment when needed. Performs duties of Slot Attendant/Host when needed (as authorized) to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum performance of all slot machines on the casino floor. Directly supervises all Slot Technicians and the overall slot performance function during assigned shifts. Oversees the training of Slot Technicians. Oversees the repair modifications and preventative maintenance on slot machines which are beyond the mechanical or technical scope of a Slot Attendant. Plans and administrates work schedules and assignments for Slot Technicians. Assists in investigating all cheating attempts, percentage malfunctions, and sub-standard equipment within the Slot Department. Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Must be 21 years of age.
