IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Works in unison with another team member to move wet bins from the wash booth onto the dry booth carousel while ensuring that the line is running at maximum efficiency and keeping up with through put rates (conveyor line speed).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Consistently stands, bends, twists and lifts up to 30lbs to disassemble bin sleeve from its bottom and places it into an automated dry booth carousel.
* Responsible for performing the last quality check before the bin is shipped out to retail stores by identifying and removing any damaged sleeves from carousel.
* Manually stacks sleeves and bottoms 4-5 feet high.
* Understands, recognizes and complies with Lockout/ Tagout procedures.
* Reports identified safety and mechanical problems to Supervisor / Maintenance Personnel promptly.
* Consistently uses required personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes, but is not limited to, proper ear (noise canceling ear muffs), eye (safety glasses), hand protection (gloves) and foot protection (rubber steel toed boots).
* Constantly keeps work area clean and free from clutter at all times to maintain a safe work area.
* Rotates and assists other team members in various roles as needed.
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance
