The branch manager trainee learns the daily operations of the branch office. He/She receives training in various areas of banking, including funds acquisition, mortgage, administration, consumer and commercial lending, systems operations, and business development.

As a branch manager trainee, you will get on-the-job training by performing banking activities. You'll supervise a small group of para-professional staff in the organization.
