What we are looking for:
Associates degree and 5+ years of experience performing service repairs

Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
Advanced Diesel Service Technician education preferred
Must be able to retain positive relationships with co-workers
Valid driver's license required

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Safety Coordinator will provide support to office and field personnel located at the Fargo Polaris Forge project site. What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Perform barehand work on energized transmission lines, voltages 69 kV and up.
Safely access energized conductors using aerial lifts, ladders, or helicopters as required.
Maintain minimum approach distances and use equipotential bonding techniques.
Install, repair, and maintain transmission structures and hardware while lines remain energized.
Operate specialized tools and equipment such as hot sticks, conductive suits, and aerial platforms.
Conduct pre-job briefings and hazard assessments specific to barehand procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
Demonstrate expert-level safety awareness and compliance with OSHA and Brink safety standards.
Travel to job sites and report punctually as directed.
What You'll Bring

Essential Job Functions:
* Secures equipment and safely transports according to company policy
* Performs cutting, grinding, and threading of various items
* Digs pits and lines
* Installs and repairs piping, valves, pumps, motors
* Installs and repairs pipelines
* Repairs dikes and performs general groundwork around oil and gas facilities
* Performs access road upkeep and maintenance
* Cleans up spills
* Performs general cleanup and grounds & buildings maintenance
* Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma, or Equivalent
* Two (2) years electrical experience; industrial industry preferred
* Current and valid driver's license, with clean driving record required depending on location

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
* Must be proficient with hand and power tools
* Knowledgeable and experienced in oilfield operations preferred

* Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
