Driver Catholic Social Services (CSS) helps senior citizens and veterans in Licking County maintain their independence by providing free transportation to non-emergency medical appointments. Location: 1031 Brice St Newark, OH 43055 Positions available: Part time (2) and Full time (1) Key Responsibilities Transport clients to medical or hospital appointments including assisting clients to and from the vehicle, as needed. Maintain necessary training, development, and/or licensing standards as required. Provide to office staff: Report on client needs and conditions Keep daily log of client transport & mileage Prepare reports on client needs and conditions and maintain daily log of client transport. Vehicle fleet: ensure vehicles are clean, measuring and documenting wheelchair size for correct vehicle usage, ensuring paperwork is signed correctly by the client. Experience High school or equivalent Two (2) years of driving experience. Knowledge of community resources and entitlement programs.
