’s Responsibilities
- Post daily incoming cash to various division and customer accounts including checks, wires, ACH, credit cards, and intercompany payments
- Contact Collection Specialty to research payments with no detail
- Develop working relationships with business units and various groups within the company to ensure accurate data
- Assist with identifying and preparing documents for adjustments and write-offs
- Update spreadsheets for end-of-month balancing
