Responsible for generating new installation projects for alarm systems through electrical contractors and end users, estimating project based on cost of labor, equipment, and materials; securing the monitoring/service contract following the installation.

Identify, develop, and maintain quality clients within the Fire Alarm market that align with the growth strategy of the business.
Develop, implement, and maintain market-specific business plans for growth.
Service existing accounts to maximize service and account retention while cross-selling across multiple product offerings.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Estimate projects including fixed price service as required for projects ranging from $100k-$1MM+.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintain oversight and responsibility for all projects within in the portfolio.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior fire alarm or low voltage sales experience is required.

Position Summary
The Premier Account Administrative Assistant provides professional administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Service and the Premier Account Customer Service Representative. This position plays a key role in monitoring and managing assigned Premier Accounts, assisting with communication, marketing efforts, financial reporting, and analysis. The role also supports branch Service and Inspection departments as well as Corporate Management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage Premier Account billings received from branches, including reviewing invoices, uploading documents to customer platforms, and coordinating with branch Service and Inspection departments.
* Manage and distribute information from the company's On-Call system; update on-call spreadsheets as needed.
* Maintain and update monthly Premier Account inspection purchase orders within the enterprise software system.
* Process and distribute incoming emails and requests from third-party systems such as Maximo, Ariba, Service Channel, and Facility Source.
* Communicate updates from Premier Accounts to appropriate branch personnel, including new or closed store notices, invoice discrepancies, and overdue lists.
* Set up new Service and Inspection customers within the company's ERP system.
* Provide support to branches with service and inspection credits and assist with accounts receivable collections on past-due accounts as needed.
* Support corporate phone coverage and other administrative duties as assigned.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and consistent account management.
Required Qualifications

Underground Helpers & Fitters
Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers is looking for Helpers & Fitters for our Underground Department in our Ocoee, FL branch. This position reports to the Underground Department Manager and is responsible for working closely with the Foremen on the jobsite to clear trees, lay storm/sewer/water pipes, and do earthwork. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to climb ladders frequently, use industry tools, work overhead frequently, lift up to 60 pounds, reach into the air, push, pull, bend, climb, and walk regularly.
Day to Day:
Assist the Foreman on Job sites to clear trees, lay storm/sewer/water pipes, and do earthwork.

Using a compactor, operating a roller, end dump, using a grade rod and laser, and preparing the earth for construction.
Attend monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons, including summer months.
Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing. Lifting will include up to 60 pounds.

No service call schedule! This position is primarily scheduled work. While there will be emergency situations, this is not a typical commercial HVAC service technician position. HVAC Start-Up Technician II is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners.
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Start-Up / Commissioning HVAC/R Technician with extensive experience in commercial chiller systems. This role is responsible for the start-up, commissioning, diagnostics, and warranty support of newly installed HVAC/R equipment for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in chiller service and controls, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is a field-based role requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and occasional overnight stays, depending on project needs.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive)
* Perform start-up and commissioning of new HVAC/R equipment, including chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll), air handlers, cooling towers, pumps, and VAV systems on commercial and industrial facilities.
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
* Log all startup information and service work orders into company provided iPad.
* Meet equipment startup deadlines and inform Service Manager of any issues.
* Maintain inventory and cleanliness of company provided vehicle.
* Cleaning adjusting and maintaining HVAC systems.
* Provide technical direction and on the job training to customers.
* Must be able to work after hours, weekends with short notice.
* Must demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of air duct distribution systems, commercial and industrial.
* Know relevant building codes, current legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for the installation and maintenance of systems.
* Ensure compliance with company and General contractor safety policies, OSHA regulations, and jobsite requirements.
* Represent the company professionally while working with customers and other trades on active construction sites.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with commercial chiller systems (e.g., Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, etc.).
* EPA Universal Certification required.
* Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, control sequences, and commissioning best practices.
* Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Willingness and availability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and some overnight travel as required by project schedules.
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Education and Experience
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
* OSHA 10 required. OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
* Experience with BAS/BMS systems and control startup
