Do you have what it takes to be a Champion?

We are seeking innovative and creative people to join our newly established Meaningful Whole Life team (MWL). MWL is a ground-breaking initiative to support adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Autism or an Acquired Brain Injury to lead a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.

What you will do:

As a Champion of MWL, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, partner with individuals and their circle of relationships to identify their interests, develop community relationships, and collaborate with residential staff. Through fostering relationships and interest exploration, the Champion of MWL will develop a MWL Road Map. Collaborating with the Residential Management Team, Clinical Team and Staff, the Champion of MWL will provide leadership with the implementation of the comprehensive MWL Road Map.

Who you are: You are creative, detail orientated and have the mindset of an influencer. You are results orientated with excellent computer skills and are a forward thinker. You have demonstrated communication and leadership skills with experience collaborating in a team as well as the ability to work independently. You have your bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 3 years of experience working in human services you have reliable transportation Community outreach/engagement experience preferred

You will contribute by:Designing and implementing quests, creating wonderful experiences for millions of players.Executing on a well-defined vision and goal, combining knowledge of level design, encounter design, and economy design to create experiences that entertain, serve an economic function, and create clear goals for players.Creating a variety of unique content types to reach a varied set of in-game and analytical goals, using creative design solutions both to meet intended targets and create fun for players.Working with the data team to follow up on the performance of quest content, to see if intent and goals were met, and effectively make tuning changes to accommodate gained knowledge and hit future targets.Working alongside our RPG designers to create unique combat effects that modify the player experience in small or large ways.Collaborating with multiple disciplines on content creation, leveraging a variety of skills from the whole team to bring your quest vision to completion.

Your background includes:2-5 years of game design experience on commercially successful properties, ideally in a content-heavy combat encounter design or event quest design capacity.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis on game design.Familiarity with RPG, BCG, and action genres on mobile, PC, console, and pen-and-paper platforms.Experience playing Marvel Contest of Champions and understanding of its economy, gameplay, RPG, and social features is highly valued.Rock-solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills, including documentation and presentation.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and related spreadsheet software.A strong desire to make the best games in the world alongside others that share your motivation.Narrative/Storytelling and dialogue writing skills are a bonus!
