PURPOSE
The Account Manager (AM) builds and nurtures relationships with segmented regional accounts-typically medium-sized and requiring high control and top-down influence demonstrating long-term account ownership and supporting the growth pipeline by engaging radiology department leaders, imaging managers, and other key stakeholders. Operating under the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model, the AM develops and activates Account Business Plans in partnership with Computed Tomography/Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultants and other squad members to navigate health systems, ensure customer success, and strengthen Bayer's presence.
As a value creator, the AM identifies opportunities to enhance account impact, drive change, build competitive immunity, and foster customer success, while driving accountability for results across the account team. They lead, coordinate, and implement local and national resources to meet key customer needs, while creating a compelling value proposition and shared vision for collaboration. The AM is accountable for execution, insight generation, and cross-functional collaboration while continuously developing advanced skills in customer engagement and account leadership, with clear ownership for delivering sustained outcomes.
The span of coverage will be within the Great Lakes area, covering from Omaha, NE, Cedar Rapids, IA, Chicago, IL, Madison and Milwakee WI, Green Bay, MI, and over to Saint Paul and Saint Cloud, MN.The candidate is preferred to reside in the Great Lakes area as that is the center of the territory. The Candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Accountable for developing long-term business partnerships with medium size accounts within the region;
* Oversee contract pricing and standardization, quoting price/discounts, and monitoring regional pricing to ensure alignment with regional and national guidelines and financial objectives;
* Develop and execute Account Business Plans for medium-size accounts, ensuring robust engagement and cultivating long-term relationships with radiology leaders, while collaborating with imaging managers, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees;
* Own sales objectives for mid-tier regional accounts, including revenue and gross margin, and contribute to overall regional sales performance;
* Lead the relationships with Radiology Leaders, Procurement, IT, Imaging Operations, and Value Analysis Committees across strategic parent and child accounts, supporting on-label discussions on Bayer products and orchestrating customers through large-scale group buying processes;
* Coordinate activation of necessary field team resources to support business expansion in collaboration with enabling functions and squad resources across 3 Centers of Gravity;
* Leverage analytics, dashboards, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to synthesize insights to inform opportunities and contribute to business reviews;
* Identify customer insights, healthcare trends, and account data to inform ongoing account strategies that drive measurable outcomes;
* Execute the defined Radiology Customer Engagement Process, ensuring all strategies and contracts are developed in compliance with Bayer policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards;
* Partner with Strategic Account Manager (SAM) mentor to coordinate on resource allocation across field roles (Computed Tomography/Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultants, Service, etc.) and receive ongoing coaching on account planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional orchestration;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Field Associate II is a field-facing role responsible for contributing to an R&D Field Trial program in crops such as corn, soybean, wheat, cotton, canola, and biofuels, depending on the region. Primary responsibilities of the Field Associate II role: coordinate with growers on leased land space; assist with acquiring and supervising local staffing during in-season activities, assist with conducting in-season research activities such as phenotyping, study management, and data analytics review as part of overseeing and executing research trials that feed the R&D pipeline. The Field Associate II is a field-facing role responsible for contributing to an R&D Field Trial program in crops such as corn, soybean, wheat, cotton, canola, and biofuels, depending on the region. PURPOSE
The Account Manager (AM) builds and nurtures relationships with segmented regional accounts-typically medium-sized and requiring high control and top-down influence demonstrating long-term account ownership and supporting the growth pipeline by engaging radiology department leaders, imaging managers, and other key stakeholders. Operating under the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model, the AM develops and activates Account Business Plans in partnership with Computed Tomography/Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultants and other squad members to navigate health systems, ensure customer success, and strengthen Bayer's presence.
As a value creator, the AM identifies opportunities to enhance account impact, drive change, build competitive immunity, and foster customer success, while driving accountability for results across the account team. The span of coverage will be within the Great Lakes area, covering from Omaha, NE, Cedar Rapids, IA, Chicago, IL, Madison and Milwakee WI, Green Bay, MI, and over to Saint Paul and Saint Cloud, MN.The candidate is preferred to reside in the Great Lakes area as that is the center of the territory. The Candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Accountable for developing long-term business partnerships with medium size accounts within the region;
* Oversee contract pricing and standardization, quoting price/discounts, and monitoring regional pricing to ensure alignment with regional and national guidelines and financial objectives;
* Develop and execute Account Business Plans for medium-size accounts, ensuring robust engagement and cultivating long-term relationships with radiology leaders, while collaborating with imaging managers, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees;
* Own sales objectives for mid-tier regional accounts, including revenue and gross margin, and contribute to overall regional sales performance;
* Lead the relationships with Radiology Leaders, Procurement, IT, Imaging Operations, and Value Analysis Committees across strategic parent and child accounts, supporting on-label discussions on Bayer products and orchestrating customers through large-scale group buying processes;
* Coordinate activation of necessary field team resources to support business expansion in collaboration with enabling functions and squad resources across 3 Centers of Gravity;
* Leverage analytics, dashboards, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to synthesize insights to inform opportunities and contribute to business reviews;
* Identify customer insights, healthcare trends, and account data to inform ongoing account strategies that drive measurable outcomes;
* Execute the defined Radiology Customer Engagement Process, ensuring all strategies and contracts are developed in compliance with Bayer policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards;

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Magnetic Resonance portfolio across assigned accounts and territory by effectively positioning and differentiating Bayer solutions from competitor offerings;
+ Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, Magnetic Resonance technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees (VACs) to expand Bayer's MR presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
+ Identify key decision-makers, navigate complex buying processes across health systems and accounts, and understand the full customer dynamic to influence adoption;
+ Partner and proactively communicate with account managers (National Account Managers (NAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Managers (AMs), working accountably to their delivery on activities) and cross-functional colleagues (Service, Clinical, Medical) to integrate MR solutions into strategic accounts;
+ Develop and execute a territory business plan that reflects MR-specific opportunities, customer needs, and account priorities by establishing clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grants, education);
+ Generate quotes and scope proposals with oversight from SAMs/AMs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and compliance standards;
+ Utilize EVS tools and business insights to support customer needs and drive value, while proactively logging calls, opportunities, competitive intelligence, and account activity in customer relationship management (CRM) systems;
+ Ensure process discipline in CRM usage by maintaining accurate pipeline data, documenting key stakeholders, and logging activities consistently to support forecasting and territory management Leverage data and reporting to make strategic decisions, ensuring accountability and consistency in capturing and managing the product pipeline;
+ Act as a proactive business partner to Customer Squad team, sharing insights on customer trends internally and contributes toward key account plans;
