We are seeking multiple entry-level automotive assembly to work on the day shift. We are looking for motivated people to work with automotive components to support automotive. This is a hands-on position. No tools required.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must have 1 year of hands-on experience including personal or vocational training within the automotive industry.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Must be a self-starter and eager to learn.
* Excellent attendance.
* Quality driven, attention to detail.

* Mandatory overtime as necessary.

Job Duties:
- Assemble electronic products by placing components into printed circuit boards or PCBs
- Input circuit board into the machine for soldering paste to be applied
- Inspect boards or defects before sending them to the soldering area for completion
- Inform the quality team of any defects for proper machine adjustment
- Ensure that production hold unit assembly until quality has addressed the issue and made necessary adjustments if needed
- Follow instructions per assembly visual aid, route, Change Notices (CNs), and deviations within the job documentation
- Bend and trim leads and other components as needed
- Assemble and install hardware including screws, washers, nuts, bolts, and rivets
- Operate computer system to review documentation and input data
- Maintain a safe work environment while maintaining compliance with all environmental, health & safety procedures
