POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and skilled Propane Transport Driver to join our team, in our South Dakota and North Dakota regions. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering bulk propane and providing service work to an established customer base. This is an over-the-road position with overnights during busy seasons. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Safely and efficiently deliver bulk propane to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries according to scheduled routes. Complete propane system hookups and gas tests as needed, ensuring proper safety protocols and regulatory compliance are followed during each delivery. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to propane delivery and services. Accurately complete required paperwork as needed. Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the vehicle policy and fleet safety program, and DOT regulations. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Diploma/GED or 0-1 year related experience; or combination of education and experience Willing to train the right applicant. Valid CDL Class A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. Ability to use technology for their Electronic Logging Device and other duties. Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. English Proficiency. Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work closely with Program Coordinator (PC) to guide the development and implementation of the OSP (Overall Service Plan) for each person supported and monitor the plan to ensure it reflects the medical care plan is being followed as ordered by person' physician. Encourage person supported to participate in the development and implementation of their medical plan of care. Develop and maintain a positive rapport with internal and external entities involved in each person's medical plan of care. Educate all staff involved in providing care to the persons supported, assuring understanding of each person's medical plan of care, including adaptive medical equipment. Assist support services in developing, implementing, and conducting staff and persons supported with ongoing education and training program related to medical. Review prospective persons' files and serve as a member of the Admissions Discharges Team (ADT). Lead or participate in internal committees as assigned. Ensure staff competencies regarding medication administration and compliance to Alpha Opportunities, Inc., medication policy. Monitor and review all staff who pass medication in the licensed groups homes for proper medication passing technique; conduct periodic observations. Provide oversight for medical supply storage, ordering, inventory, and distribution. Maintain all medical records to facilitate compliance with Title XIX standards; stay current on all applicable state and federal laws and policies, including AOI policy. Review, monitor, and track, as appropriate, all medical GERs. Assure assignment (or may accompany when in rare situations) of qualified staff to attend medical appointments with persons supported. Delegate duties as appropriate to scope of practice and plans of care, conduct performance reviews to assigned staff. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops. Protect and preserve operations by keeping information confidential. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Education and Experience Required: A professional level of knowledge acquired by completing an accredited RN nursing education program. Must hold RN licensure from the ND State Board of Nursing for the current year.
